Pros:

The property is quite old and definitely in need of renovation. To be fair, this seems to be a common issue with many hotels and apartments in Kos Town, as they often don't seem to undergo much renovation. However, this property in particular really does need some updating.

On the positive side, the location is excellent and very central, making it easy to get around and explore Kos Town. The staff are also very friendly, welcoming and helpful, especially the reception staff.

Mycket bra, perfekt läge.
Pros:

Jättegod frukost, mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Lägel var bra, kort promenad till stranden eller centrum. Sängarna var hårda, men personalen fixade det med en bäddmadrass. Allt fungerade bra, men det var lite slitet.

Pros:

Staff super gentile e disponibile, camera comoda e sempre pulita.Colazioni ottime, soprattutto quella greca e abbondanti e posizione a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro e dalle spiagge

I mobili erano un po’ datati, ma di sicuro non hanno compromesso il soggiorno

The room was a good size and very clean. The breakfast had a good variety of options. The staff were friendly and welcoming. There was also a Turkish staff member named Hayat who was very helpful and made our stay more comfortable.

Çalışanlar yardımseverdi özellikle Türk olanlar. Istediğimiz birçok talebimizi özelikle çocukların sık taleplerini karşıladılar. 2 çekyat yerine 2 yatak değişimi talebinme olumlu cevap vermelerinden çok minnettarım. Fazla 6 yaşındaki çocuktan 5 Euro almadılar. Ben seyyar yatakta yattım, ince silteli olmasına rağmen rahat uyudum. Farklı kahvaltı seçenekleri vermeleri güzeldi, belki içerik görsellerini oluşturup dijital ve fiziki koymaları herkes için kolaylık sağlar.

Cons:

Soru cevaplarda belirttikleri olanaklardan bazıları bulunmuyordu: Girişte ücretsiz içecek ve meyve ikramı etmediler, balkonda çamaşırları serecek ip yoktu. Tesis ve mobilyaları çok eskiydi, özellikle banyo dolapları acil değişmeli. Havlulardan lekeli olanlar vardı. Şampuan ve duş jeli koyduklarını belirttiler ama yoktu, istedik verdiler.
