Location. Food in the restaurant was excellent
Restaurant
location was good and onsite bistro was good
place needs lots if updating!! Water incursion was unhealthy! Many items did not work and/or were badly damaged. Difficult to engage reception staff to problems with room & facilities.
Good sized room overlooking the ocean. Central location. Views were amazing and it was great to have a small balcony where you could have afternoon/evening drinks. Good storage and a handy small kitchenette with coffee machine and microwave.
Due to poor weather, there was a lot of humidity in the room and a lot of water outside the unit. Unfortunately on our last night, there were people who made a lot of noise outside in the corridor with doors banging and loud voices until 2.30am. The bed was a little lumpy.
Hotel
Food was good quality
Carpet and bathrooms need a good refurbish showers have good pressure
Our first room before relocation 8 had an internal door which was not soundproof owing to the large gap underneath the door we could hear everything that our next door neighbour was saying and doing! 2nd room no internal door so was good.

Location..
Tv reception very poor..Property bit more dated than advertised pictures show.nothing provided to wipe bench.
Excellent location. Nice view of the bay and the sunsets and close to all the bars and restaurants
The decor is a little old, and the beds were not that comfortable and kept moving. The housekeeping missed restocking water bottles and sweeping some of the carpets.
The position of hotel was good view excellent nice pool
Very expensive for what it was.
Breakfast was awful very poor quality much better to go out to local cafes.
Don't rely on the wifi if thar is important to you not good here.
Shark Bay is definitely worth a visit beautiful but don't think I would stay again in this hotel.
Central to amenities.
Very run down. Photo’s are very deceptive. Carpets are filthy. Needed to ask for room to be cleaned again when we arrived. The fan in the bathroom was clogged with dirt. The floor was dirty. Exterior of the property is falling apart. Definitely overrated and photos are misleading.
Location is great. Rooms are a nice size.
Doors didn’t open/close easily, requiring some effort. They don’t close on their own, meaning if you don’t pay attention, they remain slightly ajar.
Location
This property needs a lot of TLC.
The first thing we did upon check in is go to the shop to buy cleaning chemicals. The windows had not been cleaned in a very long time leaving the beautiful view unseeable, the carpet had not been vacuumed, the bed sheets had stains and the toilet was not clean. The whole property could do with a good clean including a blow down of corridors outside -as there was dust dirt and leafs from plants. We thought we were booking somewhere fancy that we could unwind and relax unfortunately this was the opposite
The room itself was very nice and quite
we paid the most for this hotel of our total 1 month trip but it was the poorest. The room was good and the local restaurant was outstanding but other things were less good. The pool was filthy. we did swim in it once was only one. The restaurant food was very 'pub' like. No breakfast facilities and everything in town was closed. we travelled each day to Monkey Mia which was incredible. When I tried to cancel one our nights here they wouldn't let me so we just paid extra to stay at Monkey Mia RAC site.
