Hôtel très bien situé et confortable.
Pros:

L’emplacement à proximité des gares et du centre ville. Le personnel et la direction au petit soins pour les clients.

Cons:

L'hôtel aurait pu être agréable si nous avions pu dormir correctement.
Pros:

Chambre bien agencée, propre et moderne.

Cons:

Pas d'air conditionné, un ventilateur dans la chambre. 34° la journée, la nuit chaude mais supportable avec fenètre ouverte, mais un bruit sourd de pompe ou de ventilation toute la nuit, plus les voisins de l'arrière de l'hôtel ou se trouve la chambre 47 qui n'ont pas arrété de parler fort, de rire bruyament... Pas possible de dormir.

L'accueil de la personne du matin, très agréable chaleureux

Cons:

Le prix 170€ par nuit Zéro équipement pas même une bouteille d'eau, une machine à café même pas en rêve, la vue sur un mur avec une odeur de cuisine très désagréable, la salle de bain est minuscule, comment on a pu attribué 3 étoiles à cet hotel. La personne présente le soir qui me dit que les factures sont imprimables que le matin, la réception qui ne répond pas, sonnerie occupée toute la soirée... bref à ce prix là on attend un peu plus d'attention !

Pros:

Good breakfast - catered for cereal lovers and continental

Cons:

Room too hot but did supply fan and it was a heat wave.
Had an issue with the bathroom smelling but was soughted when I complained. Breakfast room sprung a leak when it rained

Bel endroit pour un séjour en centre ville
Pros:

Hôtel en plein centre de Lille qui bénéficie d'une excellente isolation phonique au niveau des fenêtres, car malgré sa situation géographique nous n'avons pas été dérangé par le bruit.

Cons:

Nous étions 3 adultes et peut être qu'une chambre un peu plus grande aurait été appréciable ainsi que qqles rangements supplémentaires.

Hôtel sympa pour un court séjour à Lille car les chambres sont petites mais l’emplacement y est nickel , et un personnel

Le personnel très chaleureux et sympathique , l’emplacement nickel. La propreté de l’établissement.

Cons:

Nous avons été dérangé par des voisins particulièrement bruyants ( pas de chance )
Le déjeuner manquerait d’un petit œuf brouillé ou possibilité d’œuf à la coque pour les amateurs de salé.
L’ajout de crochets supplémentaires au mur sera un +.
Dommage qu’il n’y ai pas de possibilités de carte de réduction dans d’autres parking au alentour autre que celui via l’hôtel qui est souvent plein car se parquer à Lille est assez cher.

Pros:

As usual here the staff were helpful, cheerful, efficient and overall welcoming. The hotel has a friendly ambience. I have stayed here on several occasions and hope to do so again.
