Celkově jsme byli opravdu velmi spokojeni, milý personál, skvělá poloha hotelu:-)
Pros:

Snídaně bohaté, perfektní...jen pečivo nebylo rozpečené, dalo se to ale rozpéct ve velkém jakoby topinkovači. Sladké ale jako např. croissanty luxusní, velký výběr buchtiček.
večeře několika chodové, někdy s velkým překvapením, ne vždy dobré, ale převážně minimálně jeden chod ok...ale vzhledem k tomu, kolik chodů, vždy jsme se něčím doťukli....spousta salátů, sýrů nebo šunky, ovoce... k dispozici

Cons:

uprostřed týdne došlo klasické máslo a další dny nebylo doplněno, stejně tak čaje nebo citron, ale pokud jsme si o to řekli, bylo vyhověno našim požadavkům

Pros:

La vicinanza alle piste da sci, lo stile di montagna che ha il suo fascino, il parcheggio coperto e la ricca colazione

Cons:

La cena, porzioni troppo piccole e piatti troppo elaborati, meglio puntare sulla semplicità .
La spa è a pagamento e comunque troppo costosa, l’ assenza di intrattenimento per gli ospiti… finito di sciare poi il tempo a disposizione è da occupare e in hotel se non vai in piscina non hai niente da fare. Magari se almeno il biliardo fosse stato utilizzabile…

A cosy and friendly -budget and otherwise- hotel practically on the ski slopes.
Pros:

Spacious underground car park, allowing my old car to survive the freezing nights.

Staff were helpful and very friendly. It was a great HR choice to add some Spanish warmth in the mix.

Cosy piano bar with chess/game tables, a pool table, a movie room -too bad I didn't discover this hotel when my kids were younger- and a -surprise, surprise- piano. During our stay we were actually delighted twice with a song recital by a generous guest (the presence of this guest during your stay cannot be guaranteed though ;-)).

Copious dinner -at least when one doesn't snob the buffet part- in a pleasantly busy atmosphere.

Being able to finish the ski day with a short off-piste track ending up right on the hotel parking.

Cons:

We still found it very enjoyable, but the wellness area might indeed benefit from a little upgrade and/or attention, especially since it came at a considerate extra expense: the top bench of the Finnish sauna was inclining downwards, the thermarium didn't seem warm enough, some showers or parts thereof didn't work, the relaxing area felt a bit chilly, the filled cereal bowls looked pretty but if they were also intended to be tasty some spoons seemed needed.

Also for us the pool could have been warmer. And we were somewhat disappointed by the strict enforcing of the no-jumping rule despite being the only guests still in the pool (especially - *blush* - since we didn't actually jump but only let ourselves fall from the low ceiling after a sequence of pull-ups).

Tutto sommato un soggiorno piacevole, il rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.
Pros:

La struttura ha del potenziale, ottima la posizione vicino agli impianti, lo spazio del ristorante molto grande, staff molto cordiale.
Buffet della colazione ottimo con vasta scelta

Cons:

Il bar non ha un servizio efficiente, manca personale qualificato e tempi di attesa per ricevere la consumazione piuttosto lunghi.
L’acqua della doccia non defluiva bene dallo scarico.
