Fabulous hotel with artistic touch
Pros:

Beautifully designed room, lots of space, probably 4 times bigger than most hotels in Paris for this price range. Exceptional breakfast and very helpful hotel staff. Great customer service. The location could not be better- right in the middle of everything and the train station is two minutes away.

Would choose this again if I go to Brussels again. Also loved restaurant de l'ogenblik in Brussels.
Pros:

Loved the rooms and quiet location. But so close to Grand Place etc.
Foyer/lounge etc also great. Did not eat breakfast here because we wanted to explore. Only quibble is that staff were not great at tourism info for us on a couple of matters.

Cons:

As noted, staff could have been more helpful re tourism/travel info requests.

We enjoyed our stay due to the location and the staff.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was really awesome. It was close to the historic part of town and a lot of cafes and restaurants. The room was big and the bathroom had been redone and was quite nice. The room also had a little balcony off the back, which we enjoyed.

Cons:

The room was more run down than in the pictures. It was also a bit dark and smelled a little musty. The air conditioner worked well and took care of the smell when it was on.

Quiet and comfortable right in the city!
Pros:

Great location close to the city sights and central train station. It was very quiet at night and put that together with the spacious and comfortable room meant always having a good night’s sleep!

Pros:

A terrific location and o nice but a 3 or 3/1/2 star, not 4 star hotel. An odd warren of hallways/buildings with steps w/ small ramps for luggage, which you have to haul yourself because there's only 1 person at receptionist. Staff efficiently helpful when asked but not exactly welcoming.

Cons:

See above. Plus we had to drag heavy luggage up 8 or so steps to our room, which had a view of other building walls, not the advertised garden view. When we asked, we were told our room was larger so the view was sacrificed. We were not given the choice.

Fabulous hotel near Grand Place
Pros:

Quiet, large bedroom
Location - only a minute from central station. A minute further to Grand Place

Cons:

Nothing. A lovely hotel in a fab location. Our room was so quiet you wouldn't believe you are in the heart of the city.

The location and quaint nature can’t be overlooked!
Pros:

The location of the hotel to the major sites of Brussels is excellent! The room was very spacious. The staff are very accommodating!
