Very well located hotel
Pros:

The hotel is a short walk from central station and a short walk to the Grand Market. It is surrounded by restaurants and bars. It’s located inside a very old building.

Cons:

Although there was a lift to the third floor, there was also a flight of stairs to walk up. On hot days the aircon didn’t work very well in the higher floors.

location superb, rooms are big, aircondition is great during summer, tv has english channel which is bery rare in europe. staff are accommodating.

Cons:

they dont have late check out. was expecting one coz check in time was 1600. but they accommodate us when we arrived early

Atendimento da recepção básico.
O café da manhã é bom se chegar logo que o atendimento começa. Após, não tem reposição de alguns itens
Não tem estacionamento e não pode estacionar na porta nem para descer com bagagens.
A localização do hotel é muito boa. Muito próxima à maravilhosa Grand Place

Cons:

Nossa reserva foi de última hora então pegamos o último quarto disponível.
O banheiro era abaixo do quarto e não tinha chuveiro alto. A ducha é baixa e dentro da banheira. Impossibilitando se banhar em pé, somente sentado.

Tamaño de la habitación maravilloso, todo de buena calidad, cosas antiguas pero muy bien mantenidas.

Cons:

El valor de el agua del mini bar bastante elevado en relación a locales externos. Falta de comunicación de parte del personal. Sin embargo son detalles que no afectan la estadía. Volvería feliz en una nueva visita.

Pros:

Otelin konumu mükemmel. Çalışanlar her konuda çok yardımcı oldular ve çok kibarlar. Odalar geniş, ferah ve aydınlık. Biz iç avluya bakan 4. katta konakladık, kendine ait bir balkonu ve oturma alanı da vardı. Ortam çok sessiz ve sakin, temizlik de yeterliydi. Odada yatak haricinde oturma alanı da mevcut ve oldukça konforlu. Banyo ve tuvalet temiz ve yeterli büyüklükte. Havlu haricinde bornoz da olması guzel bir detay. 2 gece konakladık ve hiçbir olumsuzluk yaşamadık. Tekrar Brüksel'e gidersem kalacağım yer kesinlikle burası olur.

Cons:

Herşey mükemmel tek bir olumsuzluk bile yaşamadık.

A highly recommended hotel for seeing Brussels. Lovely European experience.
Pros:

The location is excellent. Literally a 3 minute walk from train station. Also very close to Grand Place, many restaurants and shopping. Our stay dId not include breakfast, but we paid the extra everyday. It was FABULOUS. The character if this hotel is so European, exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommend.

Cons:

Bed was rather hard, for my liking.
