ロケーション：ブリュッセル中央駅から徒歩３分くらいの市中心部に立地　どこに行くにも便利です　　　部屋：広い上に次の間がありました。　　大きなバスタブも付いていました。　清掃も行き届いていました。　　中庭に面していてベルギー住宅の趣を感じられます。　　スタッフ：キビキビしていて、荷物の預かりなど気軽にしてくれました　　その他：すぐ近くに美味しいパン屋さん、レストランなどがあります。　　朝食は取りませんでした。　　　部屋は、過去に泊まったホテルの中で最高クラスです。　部屋とサービスに悪い点が見つけられません。　　次回も、必ず泊まります。

Refined Artistic Old Hotel in a Congested Tourist Area
Pros:

An interesting artistic old building that is mostly well maintained and furnished. My room was beautiful, large, and very nice. It was spotlessly clean. There was interesting art in my room and in the public areas of the hotel. I enjoyed my stay.

Cons:

The front desk staff was helpful but not really friendly. The lobby bathroom downstairs was dirty. The area surrounding the hotel was very crowded with pedestrians. There is a cafe/restaurant area a block away. At times it was packed with people and every morning the street was lined with garbage bags from the partying the night before. Even though the Grand Place was easy to walk to that also made the area congested during the day with a constant stream of people.

Lovely hotel, very convenient and excellent location. Dont expect a smile from reception !
Pros:

We have stayed in this hotel before, I preferred the room we had last time but it was still comfortable . Its an excellent location for the station and for our visit to La Madeline concert venue around the corner.
The room was clean and quiet and doesnt face onto the main road as you would expect. The toiletries are lovely , rituals and white company.

Cons:

The staff never seem happy to see us which is sad , my only other comment would be that 1 tea bag and 2 small milks is not sufficent for a 24 hour stay, and I didnt know how to get more.
breakfast was expensive but we choose to eat nearby instead.
