Amazing Service and Delicious Food
Pros:

I happened to stop by this place just by chance for a quick bite, as my phone was running out of battery and I wasn’t feeling very well. The waiter kindly offered me a charger and served me some tea, which I really appreciated. The salad portion was huge, and the burger was absolutely delicious and very filling. The food, service, and hospitality exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this place — you won’t regret visiting!

Nice Boutique Hotel
Pros:

Only stayed for a night as a stopover before boarding a seaplane. Very helpful and friendly staff who can't do enough for you. Rooms were also well equipped with a good shower, safe, ironing board, scales (did confuse me a bit this one, but good to weigh your cases for air travel!) and a travel adapter plug

Also has a restaurant attached serving a good variety of foods to suit all tastes. Again service was impeccable, better than most I've received in higher end restaurants

Would give it 5 stars but location is not the best and the window from our room did overlook the back of another building

Steak Night at Somerser Hotel's
Pros:

This is our second time to come and enjoy the Steak Night at Belle Amie restaurant. The food was very good and the service is very good also.
Definitely recommended this place.
Ana is very attentive,, she's always ensure everything was good. Also Ganesh the GM, he came and great all the guest.

Pros:

I initially booked at the Barcelo Hotel (5 stars, but I wasn't impressed with their support). I changed to Somerset two days before departure. It was a wise decision. They were very helpful and responded to messages quickly. Staffs are helpful. We checked in lately and they still supported well

Friendly and very helpful staff
Pros:

Friendly pick up from the Airport. Good location to the supermarket. Just stayed one night before going to resort. Hotel was in contact with resort to plan the schedule for next day trip to resort. Breakfast was fabulous.

Chambre assez spacieuse, même si un peu vieille
Petit déjeuner simple mais bon

Cons:

Peu d’insonorisation

Super comfortable
Pros:

Very comfortable with soft beds, spacious rooms, and very helpful staff. Breakfast is served in the cafe downstairs with buffet and à la carte options.

Organising my return to the airport took longer than they promised so I was running late

Pros:

I like all the facilities. The room is larger than expected. The location is very strategic for sight seeing, souveniur shooping and food hunting is all nearby. The food in the hotel restaurant was all delicious.

Cons:

I did not like the service from the woman staff at night. I guess she is from philiphines. She is cold and unpleasant to us and other customers. I've been experienced this for 2 night and ruined our mood. Please upgrade your service.
