Pros:

The room was right in the city center in an old building. The rooms were on the third floor. Don’t expect a luxury room, but it was very comfortable.

Each room had a small area with a fridge, microwave, and some basic items like plates, spoons, and cups.

The receptionist was very kind and friendly.

Готель безкінечних сходів - мандруйте туди без валізи!!! Брехня, кругом суцільна брехня

Місце розташування чудове - це центрове місце міста

Cons:

Диявол криється в деталях, які дуже майстерно адміністрація замаскувала в череді повідомлень-ребусів. Моєму батькові, для якого власне я і винаймала цей готель, 75 років, а про те, що він буде жити на 3 поверсі (88 сходинок, без ліфта!!!!!) повідомили ввечері, коли надавали явки-паролі, бо у них був пізній заїзд. А вдень, при виїзді, на ресепшені працювали якісь бабуськи, які б фізично не допомогли б моєму татові з валізою.

Większość czasu spędzaliśmy na zwiedzaniu pięknego Krakowa

Jedynie lokalizacja.

Cons:

Pokój rodzinny, który dostałam był wysoko schodami drewnianymi w oficynie. Brak na zdjęciach tego pokoju. Okna na mur, żadnego widoku, ale to można jeszcze przeżyć. W pokoju nie mogliśmy poszukać włącznika światła więc siedzieliśmy po ciemku. Jeśli to jest pokój rodzinny, to współczuję wchodzenia po schodach z dziećmi. Ogólnie, wolałabym zapłacić wiecej, a mieć lepsze warunki, no ale zdjęć tego pokoju brak w ofercie, a cena zachęcała. Byłam przekonana, że przez Booking bardziej sprawdzone warunki pobytu, tego pokoju stanowczo nie polecam. Środki czystości w opakowaniach nie zachęcających do użycia, widać używane wcześniej. Gąbka do naczyń z czarnym obrzydliwym nalotem. Sama czystość, no cóż wiele do życzenia

Świetna lokalizacja, miła obsługa - chętnie wrócę :)
Pros:

Bardzo klimatyczny hotelik - podobał mi się nietuzinkowy pomysł na aranżację wnętrza kamienicy. Mój pokój znajdował się na poddaszu, które było ciekawie urządzone. Zdecydowane zalety to: sporo dostępnej przestrzeni mimo skosów, wygodne łóżko i wanna.
Lokalizacja doskonała - tuż za rogiem jest Główny Rynek, przy czym trzeba mieć na uwadze fakt, że w związku z powyższym przy otwartych oknach w pokoju słychać Hejnał Mariacki (grany co godzinę przez całą dobę). Mnie to nie przeszkadzało, ponieważ mam mocny sen, ale dla niektórych może to stanowić problem.
Ogólne wrażenia - bardzo dobre. Przy planowaniu kolejnych pobytów w Krakowie na pewno sprawdzę dostępność pokoi w tym hotelu.

Atmosphere of an old inn in the heart of the old town.
Pros:

The hotel’s location is excellent; our room faced the old market square. Even though it’s in a central location, the soundproofing was good and the room was quiet. The breakfast was also really good!

Cons:

The rooms were old, as is typical for an old house, but the restrooms had been renovated.

Great location, fairly basic but had everything we needed.
Pros:

The location was second to none. Couldn't have been any closer to the main square. Great communications from the aparthotel. We checked in late, so room key was in the lock box which was easy to find and use. Managed the whole stay with both check in and check out without needing anyone from reception.

Cons:

The staircase to the rooms could be brighter with some decor, otherwise it feels a bit 'cold'. We knew there wasn't a lift, so carrying bags up the stairs was ok given they were weekend bags, but anything heavier we wouldn't have been able to carry. Noise from the other guests could be heard as their noise echoed in the communal stairwell, plus noise from the courtyard area, but that was probably because our room backed onto the courtyard.
