The Pride of Paddington

Great location to Paddington to take the Heathrow Express.

The location was supurb and the room was very big. Much bigger than you'll find in hotels elsewhere in London.
Also: typical English breakfast that'll get you through the day. It's very good, so I recommend to have your breakfast there.

Breakfast was amazing fresh prepared and the staff was very ready to satisfy every customer. The Pride is a real British full experience, an old-style pub and rooms in central London where share talks with other customers from a the world and English friends. Amazing guys. go away!

Perfect range within the train station made getting around London really easy. The staff were great and friendly and the atmosphere was great. Would definitely stay again.

Brilliant location close to Paddington mainline station and underground stations. The room was small but perfect for a single traveller. Very clean and tidy room - the aircon was just what was needed in the hot weather. Nice bar area - very busy but friendly atmosphere and staff. Good value for money. Bit noisy in the Paddington area with the hospital being nearby.

Wir waren in London um Konzerte im Wembley Stadion zu besuchen. Die Lage in Paddington in der Nähe vom Bahnhof mit Bus, Zug und U-Bahn hat sich als idealer Ort zum Verweilen festgestellt.
Das Hotel befindet sich über einer gut besuchten Bar. Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben und rundum wohl gefühlt.
Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet.

Location is fantastic just across the road from Paddington station - very convenient when taking the Heathrow Express and bringing luggage. The staff were all lovely and the the breakfast was very good - you can select from the pub breakfast menu so there were lots of choices. We found it an easy walk to most central London sights.

Very nicely designed and conveniently located near the Paddington station. A lot of good food options available just around the corners. The pub just below is great if you like your drinks.

This was my second time staying here, and I decided to return because my first visit left such a positive impression. The location is excellent and was the main reason I booked this place again. The room rate is on the higher side, but considering the convenience and overall experience, I felt it was money well spent.

Breakfast is served in the pub downstairs. During my stay, I tried both the traditional English breakfast and the vegetarian version. Both were enjoyable, but I personally preferred the vegetarian option as it was lighter and didn't leave me feeling overly full.

I was given a room very similar to the one I had stayed in previously, so everything felt familiar from the moment I arrived. The room is generously sized, comfortable, and provides plenty of space to relax.

A quick note for future guests: the property places a £50 hold on your card when you check in. This isn't a payment that is taken from your account; it's simply a temporary authorisation that is removed after you check out. I checked my bank statement afterwards and can confirm that no money was actually charged.

That said, some travellers may find this a little inconvenient, particularly because cash deposits are not accepted. It's not a major issue, but it's worth knowing in advance before you arrive.

The rooms are always such a pleasant surprise, especially after you trek up the stairs and wonder what is coming. Checking is is always a little chaotic but the staff are so friendly that it more than makes up for it.
