Lovely place and convenient to everything.
Pros:

Friendly staff and nice to have a lively pub with food right at your door step. The location to the train was perfect as well.

Cons:

No elevator but staff will help with luggage if you ask.

Pros:

It was a nice convenient, lively spot. The staff are friendly and very helpful and the food looks very delicious.

Cons:

I had to wait quite a while to be checked in. The have it set up so they can only do one person at a time. After checking that person in, they then take that person all the way up to their room, explain stuff like the doors etc and then it isn't guaranteed that they can come check you in next as it is also a pub and the person who does the check in has to help with the pub side of things too.

Great place to crash the night before a flight out of Heathrow and still be in the city.
Pros:

Easy and near Paddington and the tube. Took the New Elizabeth line to SoHo in 12 minutes. It’s on top of a pub and some of the rooms may be loud, but mine was quiet and cozy. Breakfast in the pub was above average.

Cons:

The rooms are small but most rooms are everywhere unless you pay much more.
