It was a good place to stay although not much to do .
The amount of tourists and buses in car park couldn't park the car at first .
Everything was perfect from start to finish. We were celebrating 20 years of marriage and they upgraded us and had the room sitting really special for us and even framed a picture and certificate.
Staff were amazing and the food and breakfast were lovely. We really loved Ruby the Parrot and had a good giggle with her.
1st time staying here and we will definitely be back and recommend to everyone.

Handy location for visiting the Causeway Route, especially the Dark Hedges. The food was good, but too much of it.
Smelt damp in the bathroom and some of the areas around the hotel needed some diffusers.

Best bit was the food, we had breakfast every day, and dinner one evening. Top notch food and service.

The room was clean and decently furnished.
The hotel was poorly resourced. Upon arrival, I was charged an extra £50 for the room because there were 2 of us & I guess I had accidently selected 1 guest on booking.com. I later rang reception several times around 7pm, in an attempt to make a reservation for dinner, with no answer. I noticed that the reception was not staffed and did not appear to be staffed for the rest of the evening. At around 12 o'clock I attempted to ring the night porter to see if we could have drinks brought to the room and again, no answer. I walked to the reception area and was standing for over 20 minutes before seeing a staff member, who i was later advised was the hotel owner. I asked this man about drinks and he said abruptly, "the bar is closed, you cant just spend all night in your room and come down now expecting to be served drinks." I find it really unusual for a hotel not to be staffed in the evening and for a bar to be closed before 12 o'clock on a Saturday night. Super disappointed by the treatment received at this hotel and I will be in no rush back.
