Great staff, lovely hotel, and great location for the Dark Hedges
Pros:

Best bit was the food, we had breakfast every day, and dinner one evening. Top notch food and service.

Cons:

Didnt matter to us, but i guess for some it may be considered a bit remote

Dissappinting experience
Pros:

The room was clean and decently furnished.

Cons:

The hotel was poorly resourced. Upon arrival, I was charged an extra £50 for the room because there were 2 of us & I guess I had accidently selected 1 guest on booking.com. I later rang reception several times around 7pm, in an attempt to make a reservation for dinner, with no answer. I noticed that the reception was not staffed and did not appear to be staffed for the rest of the evening. At around 12 o'clock I attempted to ring the night porter to see if we could have drinks brought to the room and again, no answer. I walked to the reception area and was standing for over 20 minutes before seeing a staff member, who i was later advised was the hotel owner. I asked this man about drinks and he said abruptly, "the bar is closed, you cant just spend all night in your room and come down now expecting to be served drinks." I find it really unusual for a hotel not to be staffed in the evening and for a bar to be closed before 12 o'clock on a Saturday night. Super disappointed by the treatment received at this hotel and I will be in no rush back.

Pros:

专门为黑暗树篱开的酒店，位置极佳，停车方便，早餐不错，环境非常安静

Cons:

再红的景点也有过气的一天，酒店也是。《权游》完结已经好几年了，黑暗树篱的游客大不如以前。酒店的维护和设施服务在退化，浴巾虽然是洗过的，但洗不掉的黑脚印也不换新浴巾。楼道有味道了也消除不掉，开不久了。

A hidden gem well worth finding.
Pros:

Everything was amazing, the Staff were great, the room was fantastic and extremely comfortable. The food was beautiful with great size servings. If we had of known about them sooner, we would have stayed longer.
