Pros:

Everything was absolutely great! One of the best and nicest hotel stopovers ever!

Cons:

Like all hotels that serve complementary breakfast, there is room for improvement but we appreciated the opportunity to eat something before getting underway.

Comfortable and easy except for the parking situation.
Pros:

We were on the top floor with a King Bed, view of the water and right around the corner from the breakfast buffet so we could get coffee and enjoy it in our room. Primo room for the facility so it stands to reason our scores are high. All of the staff we engaged were nice and polite.

Cons:

Parking garage stalls were tiny and it was very cramped (we drove an Accord, so, not a big vehicle). No other complaints.

Cons:

When we run out of toilet paper. I called housekeeping to have one roll. No one was picking up the call. The call was directed to the front desk apparently and the front desk lady told me to GET THE TOILET PAPER OVER THERE AT FRONT MYSELF. What in the world kind of SERVICE WAS THAT?. Terrible.

Pros:

We always going to Hampton inn.
Toronto/ South Dakota/ Minneapolis/ Seattle / Portland / Vancouver Everett are all Location are good and staff great .
And here Specially Breakfast and kitchen staff Adela and her co workers are great. Thank you.

Pros:

The room was clean and spacious. Perfect for me and my family. Breakfast was wonderful. My grandson thought it was cool to make his own waffles every morning. Great coffee to start the day. Swimming in the hotel pool was a wonderful way to end our evenings. My daughter her children and I came from Montana to show the children where we lived. The hotel's location was close to everything we had on our to-do list.
