Beautiful surroundings and awful rules.
Pros:

Lovely helpful welcome and peaceful gardens.

Cons:

The awful list of rules and threats to charge large amounts of money if the room wasn’t left in good order. An the fact that there was no food at all offered by the promised yurt cafe in the gardens.

Empfehle ich gerne weiter und würde trotz der Lage wieder das ein Zimmer reservieren.
Pros:

Sehr aufmerksames Personal, toller Garten und noch tolleres café in der Yurte.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist nichts Besonderes und bei schlechten Wetter in diesen eher müffeligen Saal? Nein danke.
Wir hatten Wetterbericht und frühstücken in lauschigen Garten.
Wir hatten ac im Zimmer, aber ich weiss nicht, ob dies alle haben. Unser Aufenthalt File mitten in die Junihitzewelle.

Tranquil place to stay pleasant friendly staff
Pros:

Have stayed here several times whilst visiting family in London.Its a lovely peaceful environment in contrast to all the hustle and bustle.Spotlessly clean rooms very comfortable beds.Excellent breakfast too.Relaxing communal areas.Also there is reasonably priced car park .We got a special promotional deal
too so excellent value for money

El trato del personal, realmente fueron muy amables. Necesitábamos dos ventiladores por el calor insoportable, ellos consiguieron las ventiladores para que pudiesenos dormir

Cons:

No tiene aire acondicionado, aunque hicieron de todo para que pudiéramos dormir el calor y la habitación caliente era desesperante.

150 meters from the Limehouse DLR station.
Excellent breakfast.
Air conditioning in our flat during a heatvawe was just awesome.

Lovely, calm location. I can't believe it's in the middle of London! The staff were all lovely. All the facilities one needs, to a high standard.

For pleasure, nothing.
For business, I would have liked

Such a lovely place in a busy area of London.
So peaceful and relaxing.

Cons:

When you arrive you pay a £300 deposit for any damages. This is said to be given back within 2 weeks.
I can see why they charge as it’s so a beautiful place but waiting in two weeks for the return of £300 is a long time.
