Pros:

En general el hotel es bueno, la comida está rica.
Y el precio, por lo que ofrecen está bien.

Cons:

El cuarto a pesar de que nos lo entregaron "limpio", al entrar olía mucho a caño.
Y se escucha todo de las otras habitaciones, por lo cual hay mucho ruido todo el tiempo.

No me gusto que el desayuno no era tipo buffet.
Para personas que comen poco es suficiente el desayuno americano pero para mis hijos si les hizo falta y al día siguiente si pagamos el buffet para ellos,

Tuvimos una mala experiencia de la cual aún no podemos creer. La llave de nuestro auto se extravió en la habitación, la buscamos hasta en la basura y no la encontramos. No entendemos que pudo pasar.

Un detalle que cuando contrate decía que los desayunos eran gratis y cuando me dieron los vales para el desayuno solo fueron 2 y éramos 4 y nos dijeron que solo eran 2 por los adultos que los 2 niños eran gratis y al día siguiente ya en el desayuno nos cobraron lo de los niños aparte porque Según que a jorce habían confundido y que era gratis la estancia no el desayuno aunque yo clarito le dije que porque nomás me daba 2 boletos por el desayuno si éramos 4 y eso me contestó exactamente que Los niños eran gratis :(
