Buena comida, desayuno americano con opción buffet (bonus).
La ubicación del hotel es muy cerca del centro y de la terminal de buses.

Lo malo y lo bueno del Real de Minas

Lo bueno: cómodo, silencioso y buena ubicación

Cons:

Lo malo: la caja fuerte era muy pequeña y estaba cerrada, la arreglaron rápido; el teléfono de la habitación no servía y 3 horas después fueron a revisarlo, pero eran las 10 pm; les pedimos que volvieran después.

Otra cosa mala es que en el frente del hotel hay varios autos estacionados en vez de it al estacionamiento lo que entorpece la salida o llegada.

Nada más había muchos moscos en la recepción, ya que como empezó a llover nos instalamos en las salitas y los moscos nos hicieron irnos al restaurante para no dejar el convivió familiar

Poca preocupación del personal por resolver una discordancia de la reservación
Pros:

compre por booking un aloamiento que incluía el desayuno y esa promoción no fue atendida por el hotel y tampoco hicieron nada por contactarse con booking para revisar la situación. Finalmente trabajan junto a esa central de reservaciones, nadie me respondió ni dio seguimiento diciendo que el área de reservaciones que podría revisar la situación no laboraba en domingo
