Overall, a comfortable stay with very good breakfast and excellent amenities.
Pros:

The room was spacious and comfortable, which was especially nice when travelling with a child. The breakfast was very good, with a great variety of options and something for everyone.
We also really appreciated the water dispensers available on the floors – a very convenient and thoughtful touch, especially for families.

Niedziałający internet wifi (Pani w recepcji twierdzi, że inni też mają ten problem, ale ich dział IT uważa, że wszystko jest ok

Restauracja zamknięta już przed 22, nie zjesz jeśli przyjeżdżasz późno

JEDEN automat z wodą na całe piętro, czyli kilkadziesiąt pokoi, już koło 12 pusty

Bardzo zakamieniona i brudna armatura prysznicowa

Ręczniki wymieniane, mimo pozostawienia ich na wieszakach (promowanie działania proeko, ale ich hotel nie realizuje)

Kiepska organizacja wyżywienia na 2- dniowej konferencji, opóźnienie, niewielka ilość (długa kolejka), bardzo ograniczony wybór (nic wege)

Karty - obydwie zostały zablokowane już pol godz przed wymeldowaniem i nie można było korzystać z wind , opuścić pokoju i zdać pokoju . Pani portierka niby karty „naładowała” , ale ani u mnie ani u koleżanek z innego pokoju - dalej nie działały. Straciłam przez to zamieszanie ok pol godziny wykładu na Konferencji . Potem , pomimo
bloczka z nazwiskiem- ta sama portierka długo nie mogła znaleźć mojej walizki i prosiła o jej opis. Dramat .
