The location was perfect for what we were in Toledo for

Cons:

We 4 stayed nights and only had housekeeping once. When I questioned the desk on Day 2 I was told that housekeeping wouldn't have skipped our room unless the Do Not Disturb sign was out. The sign was not out and when I asked if they were going to bring us some towels was told that no, that all of housekeeping was gone and the employee couldn't leave the desk. My husband had to take the dirty laundry to the desk and exchange it for clean. The next day they did change out our towels and empty the trash but did not make the bed, We spent almost $700 for our time at the hotel. I feel the housekeeping issue was an issue. We also hoped to use the hot tub which we found was out of order after we dressed for the spa area. No signs were posted and this was disappointing as we had driven 15 hours and wanted to relax.

It was OK. It was good.
Pros:

I like the fact that there was breakfast. The breakfast selection was relatively good. The staff was really good. They were kind and professional, which is always nice and the place seemed relatively clean.

Cons:

It was I guess the weekend where there were soccer tournaments and we had children running up and down we were on the third floor and they were running and banging on the doors and the walls and my mom had told the concierge about it and they said that they couldn’t do anything. I had a baby that was sleeping and they were running up and down halls and banging on doors till midnight, which was really Not fair because we relatively paid an expensive amount and my baby didn’t sleep all night because of it because she woke up crying so realistically, we didn’t have a good night and we didn’t sleep well when you have a group of people there I understand they’re paying money, but there should be rules about other guest disturbances and there should be consequences for that.

Decent quick stay
Pros:

What I liked about this location is it was close to the casino. That was the main reason why we went up there. There were many restaurants and stores nearby. They had a swimming pool, but the hot tub was down at the moment. And the rooms were super clean. And had everything supplied. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and got us our room very quickly.

Cons:

Hot tub was down and the beds were kinda hard. :(

Beds were comfy. Room was clean.

Pool was very cold. Hot tub closed. Stepped down a room and still have the full charge of bigger room on bill.
