Pros:

De ruime kamer zonder ramen. Eerst vond ik dat raar maar het was een oase van rust in het chaotische Hanoi. Het bed was ook prima en heel groot. Personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk

Cons:

Verouderd hotel en douchen in bad is niet mijn favoriet. De kamer kan wel een upgrade gebruiken.

Disappointed with traffic noise at first but very pleased the staff were able to help me change room
Pros:

The reception staff were very helpful when I requested a change of room due to traffic noise all day and night. I was able to move rooms the next day. They were very accommodating and in general responding to queries. Daily servicing of rooms. Good powerful shower and bath.

Cons:

The location of the hotel. As it was away from the central area (Train St etc) and opposite a park, I thought it would be quiet. In fact, it was the opposite. Possible the noisiest stretch of road in Hanoi! If you want to get any sleep in this hotel, make sure you book a smaller, cheaper room at the back of the building, where it is quiet, although quite dark.

Ubicación a escasos 10min del centro.

Cons:

El trato del personal. Especialmente en el desayuno, no había apenas comida y si pedías decían que no había.
Todos los espacios son muy pequeños, especialmente habitación y zona para desayunar.
Desafortunadamente se nos infecto toso el equipaje con hormigas que venían de la habitación, al menos nos cambiaron de habitación al.hacer la petición...
