Pros:

Locatie was super. Hartje stad. En tegelijkertijd op de kamer erg rustig, uitzicht op binnenplaats. Personeel was 1000% service gericht.

Great location! You are in the very center, we came by car and found a parking lot in the first street near the hotel!

The pictures show the hotel in the condition it was in when it opened I guess😕 The location and the building in which the hotel is located deserve a little more attention to the dilapidated furniture, the tables in the garden of the restaurant are falling apart, the hotel restaurant is a bit of a shame, the room was not bad, but it would be nice to refresh everything with new furniture and details. Our room overlooked the courtyard, we reacted that we couldn't sleep because of the noise of the guy in charge of cleaning, he was dragging buckets, yelling and banging on the door. All in all, I expected a better condition of everything!

Pros:

Location is in the city centre, a few minutes walk from St. Stephen’s Basilica, one of the main tourist attractions in Budapest. Breakfast is good.

Cons:

On my first day, I found a small shampoo pack and an almost empty shower gel bottle used by the previous customer, still at the shower rack. They replaced the towels and make the bed everyday but the floor and bathroom sink were dirty. They should clean the room well!
