Pros:

Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Leider nicht sehr sauber. Zusätzlich ist das Bettlaken nur ein Tuch gewesen, ist leider immer teilweise vom Bett gerutscht.

Séjour détente et business. L"établissement est bien situé. There is room for improvement.

Déjeuner minime, surtout pour les fruits.

Cons:

Le petit déj pouvait être beaucoup mieux. La salle de bain pas super propre. l'oreiller pas confortable et le drap pas tout à fait propre.

Pros:

The property is only 5min from flic en flac which is good, although you get what you paid for. Although is very reasonable and it has two pools and the rooms have air conditioning

Cons:

The bed was uncomfortable, pillows had hardly any stuffing.

Le prix était okay

Cons:

Nous n’avons pas eu d’eau chaude pendant 3 jours.
Aucune information à part lorsque nous somme venu nous plaindre. Ils nous ont simplement montré une note sur un mur, quasiment caché.
Aucune excuse, service client inacceptable pendant et après la réservation.
Aucune solution apporté à des familles avec bébé.
Nous sommes venus à 4 chambres nous plaindre, simplement des mensonges sur la réparation ou sur l’arrivée du manager.
1 mois après, ils ont « accepté » un dédommagement mais Booking nous indique être toujours dans l’attente de l’hôtel.
Propreté laisse à désirer et emplacement pas idéal.
Bref, à éviter

Mejorable, bien por el precio pero sin más
Pros:

Está en un sitio bonito, el desayuno está bueno y la piscina muy bien.

Cons:

Las habitaciones están un poco antiguas, el cuarto de baño sobre todo. La habitación era muy pequeña, no sabía donde poder abrir bien la maleta. El personal podría ser más amable. La mujer del desayuno muy antipática y cada vez que coges algo va después corriendo con mala cara para recolocarlo. Después no reponen las cosas del desayuno, comienza a las 7:30 y como vayas a las 9 ya no hay de algunas cosas. El recepcionista horrible, parecía que estaba fumado o algo. No se enteraba de nada, no te ayudaba con las excursiones ni te las explicaba… Después es verdad que está un poco lejos del centro para ir andando , necesitas ir en coche.

Le personnel était adorable, tres accueillant et gentil
La chambre était magnifique
Il y avait la Clim ce qui n’est pas négligeable quand il fait trop chaud

Cons:

Un peu éloigné de la plage (30min à pied) mais il y a un système de navette qui vous emmène à la plage et au centre commercial

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. I received a warm and friendly welcome upon arrival, and the staff took the time to explain the hotel facilities and procedures. I was also able to check into my room earlier than expected, which I greatly appreciated.
The room was clean, comfortable, and compact, with everything I needed for my stay. The hotel is located in a quiet area within a short walking distance of the beach. However, the hotel also provides a shuttle service to both the beach and a nearby shopping mall. Personally, I enjoy walking, so I found the location ideal.
The hotel has two swimming pools, both of which were pleasant. The breakfast was varied and delicious, offering plenty of choices each morning.
The staff were friendly and professional throughout my stay, and they responded quickly to messages whenever I had questions or requests.
The only minor downside was that the Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times. Overall, the hotel offered a very comfortable and enjoyable experience.
