Gute Lage, saubere Zimmer

Cons:

Entspricht nicht einem 4-Sterne-Hotel. Rezeption ist klein und nicht sehr sauber, keine Toilette im Hotel (nur in den Zimmern), kein Raum, um das Gepäck aufbewahren zu lassen.

Our stay was absolutely perfect, and we can’t wait to come back!

We loved the location—it was perfect for exploring the city. The balcony was a huge hit with the whole family and made our stay feel extra special. The staff was exceptional: friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. We would absolutely stay here again!

Honestly, we didn’t have any complaints. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we had a perfect stay.

הופתעתי קצת מגודל החדר. צפוף. היה כתוב שיש מרפסת, לא הייתה כזו. היה חלון שנפתח לרחוב. זרם המים היה חלש מאוד.
כמעט ואין מקום אחסון.
הצוות היה נהדר ומסביר פנים.
הייתה עמדת קפה בקבלה וזה היה נחמד. פרט לכך המלון לא הציע דבר, ובמחיר הזה זה מוזר מאוד. אני מבין שמדובר בניור יורק ביוני במיקום טוב, אבל עדיין זה היה בלתי סביר.

Jonathan is the absolute best!!
Pros:

A top notch example of warm hospitality especially since I checked in late at midnight. Hope to see more welcoming energy like him in hotels!

I especially loved the provision of soft makeup removers by the bathroom <3
