Pros:

Calorosa accoglienza, stanza pulita anche se da rimodernare, letto matrimoniale molto comodo, bagno spazioso provvisto di tutto, stanza silenziosa. Situato a breve distanza dalla stazione e dal Viminale, in prossimità di molte linee bus, anche se a piedi si raggiunge gran parte dei siti da visitare. Zona tranquilla, molti ristoranti comodi e di qualità

Cons:

Il terzo letto era piuttosto scomodo, le ante dell’armadio da risistemare, la doccia da rivedere.

Un discreto compromesso qualità/prezzo per una o due notti.
Pros:

Ottima posizione, vicino alla stazione Termini e alle principali attrazioni del centro storico, comodamente raggiungibili a piedi o con bici e scooter elettrici disponibili nelle vicinanze. Lo staff è molto cortese e cordiale.

Cons:

L'arredo sembra bello nelle foto, ma è datato e suscita dubbi circa la facilità di tenerlo pulito a dovere. La doccia ha un funzionamento diverso da quello di altri sanitari simili: ci sono spiegazioni su come ottenere acqua calda, ma sono incomplete (il pulsante va tirato prima di aprire l'acqua, a differenza di altri meccanismi simili che funzionano solo con la pressione dell'acqua). Questa è una minuzia per cui basterebbe completare le spiegazioni affisse, ma l'arredo a mio modo di vedere andrebbe sostituito.

A room with a great location, and very helpful staff.
Pros:

The location was very good. It was about 5 minutes walk from Termini Train Station. There was a grocer down the road, and restaurants were within walking distance. The staff were very polite and helpful.

Cons:

It needed some time to understand how you will get the hot water in the shower cubical. But we asked the staff and they guided us accordingly.

Pokoj byl čístý a útulný. Na dvě noci ideální. Umístění ubytování skvělé. Vše bylo blízko, v ulici několik úžasných podniků.

Cons:

V případě problému nebyla žádná odezva od majitelů. Snažili jsme se je kontaktovat na dvou uvedených číslech a přes Booking, ale bez odpovědi. Zařízení poněkud starší, v koupelně otřesné. Baterie ve sprše zůstane člověku v ruce a k teplé vodě jsme se ani nedostali.

This place is very mediocre
Pros:

The French door windows.

Cons:

No kettle, no iron, no tea/coffee, no mini bar as stated, the shower spurts in your face, toilet runs, they don't give you fresh towels each day (every second day)- I'd you want another fresh towel they make you pay for it. The service is not super friendly. The receptionist kept calling me "lady" in a condescending tone for simple requests. She is also very loud talking on the phone in conversations which seemed to be of a personal nature. Otherwise it is good for what you pay for. Location is great! I will be paying a little extra for another hotel next time at a place whose shower is a little nicer.
