Ingenting var i orden, tv virkede ikke optimalt, ingen batteri i fjernbetjeningen, vandstrålen i bruseren var ikke eksisterende

Cons:

Jeg valgte netop Aalborg Airport Hotel, fordi I annoncerer gratis parkering på stedet – det var den afgørende grund til min booking.
Ved ankomst var alle afmærkede parkeringsbåse optaget. Jeg parkerede derfor mit køretøj med registreringsnummer EM69XXX hensynsfuldt og helt uforstyrrende på hotellets parkeringsområde (området ved Ny Lufthavnsvej 96-100).
Min nummerplade var indtastet / registreret i jeres system som gæst.
Alligevel modtog jeg den 16. maj 2026 en kontrolafgift fra Q-Park på 875 kr. (afgiftsnummer 7071026), med begrundelsen “parkering uden for afmærket P-bås”.
Da jeg er betalende gæst med gratis parkering inkluderet, og min nummerplade var registreret hos jer, mener jeg, at afgiften er uberettiget.
