Shame on Ramada group , they don’t have information about thier branch in kuala lampur

Only the location

Cons:

The hotel smell , the elevator smell , the smell of the lobby and the room
The staff was very bad
They forgot to put many things in the room
Like slippers,iron, cold water

And the beds was not King bed , it was two twin bed they attached together and it was very hard to sleep on them

Couldn’t stay at all even though I was at the location.
Pros:

The property did not connect me with the lock box details. I was unable to connect with them at all.

Cons:

Uncontactable so unable to stay the night. Lost my money. They took my money and made it impossible to get the room.

A good hotel with indifferent staff.
Pros:

Location and rooms.

Cons:

Indifferent reception staff. Though we asked for early check in for two out of three rooms two days before checkin , they never cared. And showed us the 9th floor toilet to take shower near the pool and test there. With lot of repeated requests they gave one room half hour before regular checkin
