Un hotel excelente y una atención inmejorable.

Nuestra estancia en el Hotel Sansi Pedralbes ha sido excelente. El hotel merece sin duda una puntuación de 10. Pero frente a otros hoteles de 10, este marca la diferencia por el trato. Desde el primer momento nos sentimos cuidado, valorado e importante para ellos. Destacamos la vocación de servicio de todo el equipo. Increíble. Volveremos sin ninguna duda.

Pros:

The staff was amazing! more than what you can expect! They also serve a light breakfast (coffee, fresh juice and yoghurt) in case you don't get/buy a full breakfast.

Cons:

I wish the room had coffee/tea but that is a personal preference the reception always had those for free at anytime.

Sia al chech-in che al chech-out ho trovato personale gentile, preparato e a disposizione del cliente. Sono stata anche fortunata poiché al mio arrivo ho ricevuto un upgrade della stanza che era davvero spaziosa. Un plagio anche alla pulizia, davvero eccellente. Se devo trovare solo un piccolo difetto, non vicinissimo alla metropolitana ma con 15 euro di taxi, sono arrivata dalla Stazione dei Treni. In generale ringrazio per la piacevolissima esperienza

Un po’ rumoroso: Qualche rumore di sfondo dell’hotel? Non abbiamo capito cosa fosse ma la sera ce l hanno spento… ma al mattino ci ha svegliato: motore di qualcosa!
