I was pestered for payment upfront, they told me my card that I use for all my booking.com bookings didn’t work, I supplied a new card. That didn’t work. Then made a direct transfer, found out they didn’t want to pay cc fees ! So have their own system to accept payments.Maybe at that stage should have looked elsewhere, we check in and given room 405. Which happens to be ground floor road side, but top floor for the 4 floors below. Room next to lift which is Mechancial not electric so is noisy, no sleep.. breakfast is poor ( worst we had in 4 days around the lake) selection, quality and overall offering very poor, then on check out, staff rude and offer no apologies for the noisy lift or poor room. Don’t stay here, rude staff, poor quality offering and very disrespectful.

Außergewöhnliche Lage direkt am See, toller Blick
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und emphatisches Personal. Mit einem Problem wurde sehr vorausschauend und fair umgegangen. Der Blick auf den See, die Surfer und die gegenüberliegenden Berge ist grandios. Das Hotel liegt unterhalb der Durchgangsstraße, von der man nichts hört, und zieht sich in Terrassen bis hinunter zum See, wo Surfer einen direkten Einstieg in den See haben und vom üblicherweise kräftigen Wind am oberen Ende des Sees profitieren. Nach Limone hat das Hotel einen kostenlosen Shuttle, nach Riva kommt man mit dem Auto durch die Tunnel in einer Viertelstunde (Tunneldurchfahrten mit dem Fahrrad sind nicht zu empfehlen!). Das Zimmer ist modern und zweckmäßig, mit großem Kühlschrank, Safe und Wasserkocher. Balkon mit Stühlen und niedrigem Minitisch. Dicker Pluspunkt, dass das Hotel mir von sich aus den Behindertenparkplatz reservierte, nachdem es im Vorfeld von meiner Gehbehinderung erfuhr. Es gibt Lademöglichkeiten für e-Autos.

Cons:

Die Abfahrt von der Durchgangsstraße zum Hotel ist anspruchsvoll, aber machbar, eng/einspurig und steil (eine Ampel wäre toll). Für gute Fahrer kein Problem, das gilt auch für die engen Parketagen am Hang. Ich hätte gern eine gemütliche Sitzgelegenheit im Zimmer gehabt, aber dafür war es zu klein.

Pros:

La posizione molto bella la Camera pulita l'unica pecca la camera accanto all ascensore molto rumoroso si sentiva ogni volta che era in funzione ..la colazione buonissima e molto ricca

Il personale potrebbe essere più accogliente e sorridente, parlo per esperienza personale ho fatto la cameriera per 30 Anni il sorriso e la gentilezza con il cliente deve essere alla base del lavoro
