Aber insgesamt war alles sehr gut: sauber, gemütlich und ein gutes Frühstück.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet und sehr zentral.

Cons:

Leider war bei unserer Ankunft niemand telefonisch erreichbar, und auf unsere E-Mail bekamen wir erst nach drei Stunden eine Antwort. Sehr schade.

Отель - отличный выбор
Pros:

Все было прекрасно. Номер большой и чистый, халаты и тапочки для СПА предоставляются. Персонал вежливый и очень компетентный. СПА-комплекс тоже отличный. Вкусная еда и хороший выбор блюд на любой вкус. Отель расположен в центре Карловых Вар. Питьевые источники, магазины, кафе, рестораны, прогулочная зона и достопримечательности все находится рядом.

Zentral gelegenes Hotel. Sauberkeit/Liebe zum Detail zumind. bei unserem Aufenthalt zu verbessern.
Pros:

- Die Lage ist sehr zentral und sehr gut
- Das Frühstück ist ausreichend und für uns war das Wichtigste dabei

Cons:

- Mehrere Spinnen an der Decke, die nach Dichte der Spinnweben zu urteilen schon länger da waren
- Während unseres Aufenthaltes war es sehr heiß. Im Zimmer steht neben dem Bett ein Klimagerät. Da kein Abluftschlauch nach außen geführt wurde, sondern die warme Abluft einfach auf der Rückseite des Klimagerätes in den Raum geleitet wird, wird es nicht kälter sondern sogar noch wärmer. Der Aufenthalt im Zimmer war dadurch unangenehm.
- Der kleine Balkon direkt angrenzend an den Frühstücksraum wirkte nicht wirklich gepflegt.

Pros:

Autentický artfecový hotel z románu Barbory Šťastné na Vřídelní kolonádě byl pro nás oázou. Skvělá poloha, krásný pokoj s koupelnou a balkonkem s úžasným výhledem a radost nám udělala i moc dobrá snídaně

Cons:

Nemůžu říct, že nelíbilo, ale kdyby u snídaně nehrálo komerční radio, ale reprodukovaná dobová, jazzová, swingová hudba, Dian ykrál, ynoraj yjones apod. ( žádná “výtahovka”), tak by to bylo 100%

Gut für ein Wochenende, wenn man die Stadt erkunden möchte.
Pros:

Die Lage ist gut, im Karlsbad zu Fuß zu erkunden.

Cons:

Es gibt einen einzigen reservierten Parkplatz für das gesamte Hotel, wir hatten Glück :-)... unsere Motorräder waren somit nur zirka 150m entfernt. Die Dame an der Rezeption war nicht besonders freundlich und hilfreich. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war defekt, bei 37 Grad Außentemperatur (Hitzewelle vom 22 - 28. Juli 2026) und 29 Grad innen eine Zumutung. Ein Standventilator brachte etwas Entlastung.

Hotel in Superlage mit kleinen Abstrichen
Pros:

Lage und Austattung waren top. Auch der Weg vom Parkhaus zum Hotel mit der Standseilbahn hat gut geklappt.
Frühstück in Ordnung,
Nur der Teppichboden sollte entfernt und ein moderner Boden eingebaut werden.

Cons:

Abendessen Bufett (1x genutz) ist nicht empfehlenswert. Zumal viele gute Restaurants fussläufig erreichbar sind.
Personal war nicht unfreundlich aber auch nicht besonders nett.
Leider kein Aufenthaltsraum oder Bar, wo man sich abends länger aufhalten kann. Wir wollten mit Freunden Karten spielen und mußten pro Stunde 10 € zahlen, um im Restaurant bleiben zu dürfen.

Karlsbad alles in einem sehr überschaubar

man ist mitten im Zentrum und erreicht alles zu Fuss

Cons:

die Kissen vom Bett waren sehr schlecht flach wie ein Pfannenkuchen . Und das Frühstück war okay sehr überschaubar aber in Prag in den Hotels ist das Frühstück sensationell
