Pros:

The reception is quick to reply my inquiries. It is a good value for money if you are budget conscious. The shower had a good pressure, hot and cold water. It had an ample space inside and a little verandah to sit outside to have a drink and relax. The breakfast was good with lots of choices. Nice restaurant on the ground floor.

Cons:

There was a kettle and cups in the room but there was no milk, tea and coffee sachets to make coffee, other than this it was okay.

Location is great, close to Zermatt station and Matterhorn Gornergrat Bahnhof.
Despite being in a cluselter of hotels, some views of matterhorn are there from some rooms
Lift is small but enough.
Breakfast spread is great.

I’d happily stay there on my next visit to Zermatt.
Pros:

Its location. It’s near the train station and flat except for the eight steps up to the front door, ideal if you have a lot of luggage. Friendly staff. Balcony. Excellent water pressure in the shower.

Cons:

Too warm, I had to leave the window open overnight. My room on the top floor had a sloping ceiling
