Unprofessional Staff
Pros:

The staff were very unprofessional. During breakfast, the staff would sit down and eat together with the hotel guests, which I found very unusual. Even worse, they would help themselves to the breakfast food right in front of the guests, sometimes leaving very little or almost nothing behind.

They would all sit together at the large breakfast table among the hotel guests, talking loudly, showing little consideration for the people around them, and spending a lot of time on their phones.

I have stayed in many hotels all over the world, but I have never experienced anything like this before. It felt highly unprofessional and made the breakfast experience very unpleasant.

Nära till allt. Bra frukost.

Cons:

Ingen AC. Står i beskrivningen minibar men innehöll bara 2 små flaskor vatten. Står på hemsidan utcheckning kl 12 men fick till mig vid incheckningen att utcheckningen är kl 11.

Very good, would recommend this hotel to others

Not a criticism, but coming in later for breakfast fruit & bread not refilled. However the pleasant staff got me what I wanted when I asked. Perhaps a notice put there towards the end of service saying this!

Pros:

Bra, saknade inget, bra med platser och bra personal.

Cons:

Vi har bott flera gånger på hotellet och det blir bättre och bättre men Tranås, kanske Smålands, segast hiss finns och kommer troligen finnas kvar :-)

All in all, it was a good place to stay in a very nice area

The staff were very good and very helpful. All things in the restaurant were excellent - breakfast, dinner and service!~
