Categories

Cleanliness
9.5
Multiple reviews highlight rooms and property as very clean (rooms, pool facilities); overall strong cleanliness performance.
Service
9.2
Staff repeatedly described as amazing, accommodating and named positively (e.g., Lataysha); a few incidents (overbooking, long check-in) were reported but most comments praise staff responsiveness, so score is slightly elevated to reflect overall strong service.
Location
9.3
Described as convenient to the airport with free shuttle and good proximity to local points (Avila House); location is a consistent positive across reviews.
Room Quality
8.2
Rooms are often called comfortable, spacious and modern, but several comments note issues: beds felt small or mismatched, sofa bed uncomfortable, toilet placement problems, and some maintenance/TV channel issues — lowering this score relative to other categories.
Amenities
9.3
Strong positives for pool, fitness room, laundry, suite kitchen options, free shuttle and happy hour; amenities are a notable strength for families and longer stays.
Value for Money
8.5
Generally positive experiences but a few guests mentioned the hotel felt expensive and an overbooking incident impacted perceived value, so score is slightly below top-tier.
Food and Beverage
9.5
Breakfast is frequently praised (notably fresh berries and healthy choices); a few suggestions to improve hot item quality, but overall F&B is a clear positive.
Overall Experience
8.5
Many guests reported enjoyable stays and willingness to return; occasional operational issues (overbooking, check-in delays, some maintenance) temper the overall score.

Good stay at a convenient location
Pros:

Breakfast was quite good and included a lot of fresh berries--something you don't see at most hotels. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. There was ample parking. Having a pool and fitness room on site is nice.

Cons:

For whatever reason, the beds felt small to me. We had booked a king suite to accommodate 4 people and were given a room with 2 beds. According to the website, the rooms with 2 beds have queens. That may have been considered an upgrade (I'm not sure because it was not discussed with me at check-in), but the beds felt a bit small.
