Good location and clean, spacious room
Pros:

I had a pleasant stay overall. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bathroom was also quite large and very clean.
The hotel is conveniently located, with a tram stop right outside the entrance. From there, it only takes about 5–10 minutes to reach the city center, making it very convenient for sightseeing and getting around Amsterdam.
The check-in process was generally straightforward, as it is handled through a self-service terminal.

Cons:

While the check-in system is automated, there is a staff member available to assist guests if needed. Unfortunately, the employee on duty during my arrival was not particularly friendly. He seemed impatient and visibly annoyed when answering questions, which was not the most welcoming start to my vacation.

Cons:

Τα σεντόνια δεν ήταν τόσο καθαρά. Η διαμονή μας ήταν για 5 ημέρες - δεν αλλάχτηκαν τα σεντόνια καθόλου και την τελευταία ημέρα που το ρώτησα με ενημέρωσαν ότι τα αλλάζουν μόνο εάν το ζητήσουμε ως Πολιτική του ξενοδοχείου. Το προσωπικό καθαριότητας ήταν ευγενέστατο. Η διοίκηση του ξενοδοχείου θα πρέπει να δει τις πολιτικές και να ενισχύσει / βελτιώσει διάφορα θέματα - συμπεριλαμβανομένου της καθαριότητας.
Η ιδιότητα μου είναι HOTEL AUDITOR και γνωρίζω τις προδιαγραφές των ξενοδοχείου σε σχέση με τα αστέρια τους - πανευρωπαϊκά.
Στόχος των σχολίων είναι να βοηθήσουμε στη βελτίωση των διαδικασιών!

Очень уютный отель. Да, не прям в центре, но добираться очень удобно. И трамвай ездит, и метро недалеко, а мы арендовали прям в отеле велосипеды и катались на них. За сутки 18 евро за велосипед. Минут 20 до центра.
За ранее заселение заплатили 25 евро. Сначала думали просто вещи в камере хранения оставить, но после перелета решили отдохнуть в номере и оно того стоило.
Есть кофемашина и капсулы для кофе.
В целом комфортно и современно, цена для Амстердама вполне приемлемая.

Otel merkeze uzak ama hemen önünden tramvay geçiyor merkeze ulaşımı kolay. Üç kişilik odada konakladık. Temizliği iyiydi. Oda konforluydu. Odada kapsül kahve makinesi vardı hem kahve hem de sıcak su veriyordu. Bizim için kullanışlıydı. Çalışanları güler yüzlüydü, otele girişte çok yardımcı oldular. Checkin saatimiz gelmediği için valizlerimiz kilitli odaya bırakabildik. Biz çok memnun kaldık.

Hotel stay that did not disappoint.
Pros:

Loved the hotel.
The rooms are very spacious and clean.
Check in, is very strict. As it is done by a self service system, you will be fined to check in early. I would recommend waiting until the time.
The tram stop was directly outside and very regular.
We walked to and from the hotel to local bars, parks and restaurants and found it to be very easy and safe.

I would recommend to anyone looking for a hotel with more space and easy access to Amsterdam.
