Cons:

I paid half the price of a nearby luxury hotel, with a room with main door stuck, non-replenished shampoo and shower gel, hair dryer that only works for 2 minutes at a time, needing to cool down for more than 10 minutes in between. Room is very small for two.

Adjust your expectations for the good price and location.
Pros:

We were greeted by very friendly staff. Extremely central location in Bukit Bintang - great if you travel by metro. Low price given the prime location.

Cons:

Cleanliness is NOT up to hotel standard - we saw blood stain on bedsheets, bugs all over the ceiling. The room was way more cramped than expected that we could barely open our suitcase in the room. Despite the central location, traffic jam is a real problem if you wanna use grab.

Value for money for the location
Pros:

Location of the hotel - in the middle of bukit bintang. Everything is 10min walk. The staff were all nice and attentive.

Cons:

Getting to and out of the hotel lol. Because it is in the middle, you are most likely be stuck in traffic. The wifi was also a bit iffy.

Very nice location if staying in Bukit Bintang. Room layout a bit cramped/small though.
Pros:

Location was really good and staff were helpful.
Easy to find good food in walking distance without using public transport or grab.
Was able to check in early.

Cons:

Room was smaller than expected. For two might be too cramped.
Wished the blinds blocked all light instead of letting some light still through.
Maybe hard to return to hotel using grab during peak hours as the road in the area is prone to congestion.

Pros:

"Unforgettable stay with a strategic location! Right in the middle of Bukit Bintang and just a short walk to Pavilion and Jalan Alor. The bed was extremely comfy, and I appreciated the free coffee, tea, and water. The bathroom was great, and the 1920s-themed photo area on the 2nd floor is a nice touch. Highly recommended for its convenience!"
