Mängel und Sicherheitsrisiken – Aufenthalt am Anreisetag abgebrochen

Wir mussten unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Appartement schon unmittelbar nach der Anreise abbrechen, da die Unterkunft in einem mangelhaften Zustand und für uns objektiv nicht nutzbar war:
Die obere Etage des Ferienappartements ist ausschließlich über eine stark verrostete Wendeltreppe erreichbar, die wir (1,75m und 1, 84m) nur in gebückter Haltung begehen konnten. Die Koffer hätten wir niemals nach oben schaffen können.
Im Schlafzimmer, direkt unter dem Dach, sowie im angrenzenden Badezimmer ist ein aufrechter Gang für normalwüchsige Personen nicht möglich. Man stößt unweigerlich an die Decke. Das WC kann nur in gebückter Haltung erreicht werden. Die Dusche ist extrem eng, also wirklich nur für schlanke Menschen nutzbar.
Die Dachfenster waren zentimeterdick mit Schmutz bedeckt, sodass sogar die Mitarbeiterin der Villa Rosa von einem Öffnen abgeraten hat.

Die Kühlkombination funktionierte nicht: die Tiefkühlung war ganz ausgefallen, der Kühlschrank war wenig kühler als die Raumtemperatur. Bei 36 Grad Außentemperatur ist ein funktionierender Kühlschrank in einer Ferienwohnung aber von zentraler Wichtigkeit.

Wir haben alle diese Punkte umgehend angesprochen und fotografisch dokumentiert, die Reservierung storniert und mussten uns noch am selben Tag eine (teurere) Ersatzunterkunft auf Elba suchen. Villa Rosa zeigte kein Entgegenkommen bzw. Reagierte auf unsere Kommunikationsversuche einfach gar nicht.

Pros:

Ubytování je v klidné lokalitě, blízko pláže u které jsou dvě restaurace. Obě s vynikajícím jídlem i obsluhou. Do centra města Porto Azzurro se dá dojít za cca 20 minut krásnou vyhlídkou. Ve městě jsou dva velké supermarkety s širokou nabídkou potravin a běžných potřeb. Parkování je možno přímo v areálu hotelu. Je možné využít i hotelový bazén a lehátka zdarma. K dispozici je i vířivka, ale za poplatek. Pokoj měl velkou terasu pro pohodlné posezení. Je zde i přenosný sušák na prádlo a na pokoji nechabí lednice a rychlovarná konvice. Komunikace hotelu přes Booking byla naprosto perfektní.

Cons:

Naprosto tragické wifi připojení. Slabý a nestabilní signál. Neumožňoval ani plynulé sledování hudby z YouTube na pokojové TV. Méně výkonná klimatizace, ale nebyla ještě plná sezóna a venku bylo 40°C, tak třeba to ještě vyladí.

Alles in allem gut und seinen Preis absolut wert
Pros:

Nettes Hotel in Strandnähe mit Parkplatz. Klimatisierte Zimmer, klein aber fein. Kühlschrank und Föhn vorhanden.

Cons:

Keine Schukostecker im Zimmer, wenn möglich Adapter mitnehmen, falls man welche benötigt.
Frühstück war auswahlreich, leider kein frisches Obst/Tomaten/Gurken etc.

Pros:

Posto bellissimo molto curato, personale molto attento alle esigenze del cliente, colazione molto abbondante e con prodotti di qualità. Situato in una zona tranquilla ma a pochi minuti di macchina da Porto Azzurro e a pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia Barbarossa.

Cons:

Io ho soggiornato dolo 3 giorni , la camera non aveva l'armadio ma un grande cassettone e un appendiabiti, potrebbe essere un problema per soggiorni più lunghi.

La presenza di enormi serbatoi industriali proprio davanti all’appartamento, molta incuria generale intorno , un elemento che non emergeva chiaramente dalle fotografie dell’annuncio e che ha avuto un forte impatto sulla mia esperienza. Inoltre, di fronte al mio disagio, ho percepito poca disponibilità e scarsa empatia da parte della gestione nel cercare una soluzione. Quei serbatoi sono molto impattanti visivamente e non sono esattamente ciò che uno si aspetta quando prenota un soggiorno all’Isola d’Elba.

Toccata e fuga isolana
Pros:

Location comoda per la zona di Porto Azzurro. Parcheggio interno, vicino anche alla spiaggia di Barbarossa. Ottima Colazione mista salata/dolce e pulizia degli spazi comuni e le camere

Cons:

Anche chiudendo le persiane per i miei gusti entrava troppa luce la mattina presto e purtroppo si sentivano i rumori delle porte altrui e di ingresso che sbattevano, ma questo dipende molto anche dagli altri ospiti e non sono dagli infissi.

Bello Porto Azzurro, meno la sistemazione

Il silenzio della zona

Cons:

La stanza veramente piccola e angusta, giusto i mq per sistemare due borse. Il bagno completo ma poco funzionale. Le pareti troppo sottili, si sentivano tutte le voci dal corridoio. Non disponibili coperte extra in camera e forniti su richiesta poco più che due lenzuoli. Odore acre persistente. In ultimo è anacronistico trovare solo due cuscini per di più di altezze così elevate da essere inutilizzabili per il sonno. Molto da migliorare!
