Great place to stay in York area in budget
Pros:

Location was good people here are very warm and welcoming breakfast options were good

it was a great hotel to stay for the weekend.
Pros:

we like the breakfast room. our room was clean. like the tv and the channels to pick. the lady at the front desk when came in the hotel. was very hepful on checkin..parking was was good.

Cons:

the pillows on the. bed. were too soft.. not too many hand towels and bath towels.

Inadequate at best. We were given the keys to a room that was being used. Computers were down. Awful

Over all we had a nice stay. Whenever we come to York we stay here.
Pros:

The desk clerk on duty when we checked in was friendly
The room was very clean, Beds were comfortable, good sized TV, Breakfast had a decent variety.
Convenient location
Price was good
Refrigerator worked great kept everything nice an cold

Cons:

The morning clerk didn't even speak just sat at desk staring off.
Would be nice to have a small microwave in room

Breakfast was excellent everyone was pleasant and polite We enjoyed our stay

Cons:

Was charged twice for the same day when calling Best Western the next day I was told to call my bank and they would just take one charge off. This error I felt should have been taken care of on your end as it was an error on your part.

Pros:

Staff where very kind. Pool was decent. But small. Pretty average for indoor pool in the northeast.

Cons:

Beds were super uncomfortable both times we have stayed here. Very unfortunate. Had to sleep in the chair because the bed was that bad.

I liked the welcoming “fireplace” in the lobby

Cons:

No carpeting either in the hall or in the unit. I think there should at least be carpeting under the bed. Stepping out onto a cold floor is not warm and the hallway is extra noisy with no carpeting.

Great value, hidden gem.
Pros:

Liked the cleanliness and the night staff. The room was cozy and pool was clean.

Cons:

Morning staff didn't seem too pleasant. The price of snacks and water in the lobby was quite high ( $5 water $4 candy bar)
