Everything is always great! We come almost every Sunday and our same room is always ready with everything we need.

Everything is good
The location was great and the staff was pleasant and helpful. Front lobby had some snacks and items for sale and the pool looked nice (although we did not use it). We particularly liked that the hotel was close to Kittery and restaurants outside downtown York. It was about a 10 minute drive to the beach but we expected that. It was very easy to get around town. Bed was comfortable. Shower was good. We only needed a room for 1 night and this one fit the bill.
The surfaces on the table, the fridge, and the nightstands had crumbs on them and the floor wasn't super clean. Also the bed sheet (although clearly clean) had some old stains on them. Price point for the quality wasn't great but this is Maine in the summer, so prices are very high everywhere.
I’ve stayed here multiple times every year in august the location is excellent for food and the beach

Breakfast and Pool
had to request room cleaning, empty my own trash and fetch my own towels.
The Inn was close to everything we wanted to do. The room was clean and had enough of room. Breakfast was pretty good and coffee was ready anytime.
The pillows in the room were way too flat. The pool area was much to humid. The ice machine had no ice due to people filling their cooler’s in the morning.
The breakfast every morning was very convenient.
The room wasn’t very clean - there were left over candy pieces and food from the previous people.

The breakfast room was clean and spacious, offering a pleasant start to the morning. The pool appeared well maintained, with water kept at a good temperature. The lobby created a warm, inviting atmosphere with its faux fireplace, and there was a good variety of snacks. We found some great places to eat and shop that were very close by.
The floor in our room was sandy. I requested that it be mopped, but it didn’t help much. There was also a strange smell in my daughter’s room, which we realized was coming from the chairs. She moved the chairs into the hallway, and the odor faded. She also discovered men’s clothing in one of her dresser drawers. I let the front desk know, and someone came by to clean the chairs and remove the clothes. This isn’t about the hotel, but here’s a heads-up: pay for parking at Short Sands as soon as you get there. We thought we had time to set up our beach spot first—it only took about ten minutes—and came back to a $50 ticket.
The shower head and staff were awesome
They put a family with kids upstairs and they just ran around late. It was like they were in our room.

My window last night on Thursday scare me and my son. I think he was looking for his friends room as there were some guys were staying there. I couldn't go check as I had a special

Reasonable priced and centrally located
Was somewhat disappointed in the included breakfast the eggs seemed like powdered egg and seem to bother our stomachs breakfast. Potatoes weren’t cooked right or enough. The coffee creamer was bad and curdled in my coffee and they don’t have the waffle maker anymore.

There were not enough towels , we had to ask for more. The floor was very dirty my 2 year old grandson walked bare footed in the room and his feet were filthy. Everytime we went to get in bed we had to clean our feet cause they were full of dirt and sand. There were peanuts along side of the beds and what looked to be clipped nails!!
