Strategic & clean
Pros:

The location is strategic, near the NU Mall & food store suitable with walking distance.

Cons:

I booked a single room. Since the room is small and cramped, hotel management should not place a large double bed in rooms intended for one person—which is what happened in my case—so that guests have more room to move around.

Sickening
Pros:

The only thing I liked about the hotel was its convenient location that was close to NU Sentral mall, KL Sentral LRT hub and various restaurants

Cons:

Cleanliness. There were many bed bugs that were biting me over multiple nights which at first I thought was an allergic reaction because in the mornings I only noticed the severe rashes and bumps around my shoulders, back and arms, no bugs running around on the bed or pillow. Later just to check, I lifted the mattress cover to look underneath and that's when I noticed the many bed bugs crawling around. The rashes were a result of the bug bites. After complaining to the front desk, I was moved to another room, but the damage was already done. I had to consult a doctor to remedy the rashes.

After 4 nights I liked the attention-to-detail of the room fittings: best ever bedside reading light, effective heavy drapes, full length mirror, best toiletry hose ever, strong flow shower.
