If you don’t mind the walk in and out of the town, it is a lovely hotel.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly, clean hotel and lovely comfortable rooms with very good A/C.

Cons:

It’s a bit out of the way, 15 minute walk from the busy centre of old town.

Krásný hotel pro relaxaci
Pros:

Velmi hezký hotel s příjemný personálem. Postel o šířce bezmála 3 metry.

The pool area was nice, however, there was an issue with seagulls in the pool and also seagull mess all around the pool area. Not pleasant at all

Cons:

The hotel was very tired and the location was off-putting, surrounded by high rise flats on all sides of the hotel.

We reported a substantial leak in our shower on two occasions and although maintenance came to fix this, it still leaked every time we took a shower making it a high risk for slipping.

Breakfast plenty of choice, however, the cold meat I had on one occasion tasted spoiled and often the hot items for example the French toast was stone cold.

I don't feel like this is a 4 star hotel, we were in Split in 2024 and stayed in another 4 star hotel and the comparison between the two are miles apart.

Ihan ok, en jää kaipaamaan
Pros:

Ylimmän kerroksen allasalueelta hyvät näkymät. Lämmitetty uima--allas. Minibaari huoneessa. Samassa rakennuksessa market.

Cons:

Tyly vastaanotto respassa, koska tulin ennen check in aikaa. Lähiympäristössä vain pari ruokaravintolaa.

Fantastic hotel with exceptional staff and great facilities
Pros:

Staff are excellent, friendly and welcoming - couldn't do enough to make sure that our stay was comfortable, especially Ruzica on reception. The room was large, overlooking the sea with a balcony. There had been great effort to provide for guests needs. It had a pleasant lounge area with access to computer/printer if required, pool table etc. The pool area was beautiful with great views over the city, clean and comfortable as was the spa and facilities. The cafe/patisserie downstairs was welcoming with lovely cakes. Breakfast was plentiful with a wide variety to choose from. An added bonus was the free massage in the spa.

Cons:

It is a short walk to the old town - 15 mins once you find the cut through which might prove difficult for older guests,on the return journey, but there are plenty of Ubers available.

Pros:

Poolen var rigtig fin.
Beliggenhed var fantastik med udsigt ud over byen.
Der var rent og pænt.

Cons:

Mågerne på poolen arealet skider over det hele, det er virkelig træls, kunne de godt gøre mere ved.
Poolen er ikke 52 m2 som de skriver, den er netto kun knap 20 m2 (28*20cm, 33*10cm)

Amazing wellness
Pros:

We had a great stay at Diocletian Hotel & Residence. The new wellness area looks amazing – you can really tell it has been recently renovated. Everything is clean, modern, and beautifully designed.

The staff in the wellness were so kind and friendly, and they made us feel really welcome. The same goes for everyone else in the hotel – the service was excellent from the moment we arrived until we left.

You can tell they really care about their guests and pay attention to the little details. We had a very relaxing stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. Looking forward to coming back!
