It was good, great location, safe.
Pros:

The lady on reception was very professional , friendly and did not make fun of me when I complained because I had booked an apartment with an unsuite and it didnt have one! It was so well hidden by the opened bedroom door it took until the next morning for us to locate.....that was embarresing. Facilities were very clean. Domestic staff very friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

Fittings are showing their age, as is the furniture.

Location was the only good thing about this property

Cons:

We arrived at this motel and were completely horrified by the state of our room. The carpet was filthy, with multiple stains, including a fresh vomit stain still wet. The smell was awful, and the furniture was falling apart. The cleanliness was absolutely terrible. The next morning, we tried to request a room change, but they only had a downgrade available to a smaller room. Once we moved, all the air conditioning was broken, and this wasn’t disclosed to us. Overall, a very disappointing and unpleasant stay

Great sized rooms. Had a great view, great facilities in the room.

Cons:

Aircon wasnt working in the rooms. Staff did attend quickly and fixed. Floors were very stained.

Room had stained carpet, stain on bedsheet, couches were old and weathered and covered by a couch sheet.

General maintenance needed, eg toilet seat not fixed to toilet, lights not working, a bit grotty. Both bathrooms smelt of old sewer.
Someone smoked in the room at 130am, set of the fire alarm.
Everyone out of rooms. They don’t call fire department to check, just sent us all back to rooms after about 30mins. Very poor.

Was good and will comeback again, just hoping for 2 keys next time.
Pros:

Bed was super comfy, room was spacious enough for 3 adults.

Cons:

We were only given 1 key for 3 adults, this meant that if my adult kids wanted to go out, I either had to get up and let them in after midnight or give them the key and hope I didn't need to leave the room. There was no one in the reception each time I went down to ask for a second key. Also, it was great to have Foxtel, but found there was a lot we could not watch. Front of cutlery draw came off in my hand. Latch to balcony door was busted (thoughts of people coming in the middle of the night) Some questionable stains on carpet in main bedroom.
