Pros:

The restaurant, pool, location and food were all really good. It is in a nice spot.

Cons:

The pictures of the rooms were nothing like the actual room we were given( double room partial sea view annex) Some of the staff come across as rude and abrupt.

החדר היה עם חלון לרחוב וכל מי שעבר עשה רעש וראו את הצל שלו לתוך החדר וזה היה פחות נעים .

very good, it is worth for every money.
Pros:

Nice location, Annex building which is on the left side is very good.

Cons:

we had little problem on payment. Property cancels preauthorization and asks for repayment, which was a problem for non EU citizens because money is not refunded automatically, depanding on the country it might take 10-30 business days, so it is smth you should consider that you mings need to have the full alount woth cash or on card and than wait for the refund.

Top Lage, sehr gutes Essen, Personal sehr freundlich, mitten in der Stadt und trotzdem ruhig, wenige Meter bis zum Strand. Viele Bars und Restaurants

Cons:

Im Badezimmer hat es extrem nach Kanal gestunken. In der Beschreibung steht, dass Shampoo usw vorhanden ist. Ist aber sehr mangelhaft. Mussten Körperpflegeprodukte kaufen

Wir haben Stadtblick und bergblick gebucht hatten aber eher ein hofblick Das Hotel ist niemals 4 Sterne das essen schlecht gefühlt fast jeden 2 Tag das selbe Frühstück schlecht immer das selbe jeden Tag

Pros:

Das Hotel ist modern eingerichtet und das Zimmer okay ausgestattet und sauber. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, auch der Reinigungsservice.

Cons:

Leider war unser Zimmer sehr klein und neben dem Aufzug und wir konnten die ganze Nacht Gäste hören. Der Pool liegt auf der anderen Straßenseite, das war vor Ankunft für mich nicht ersichtlich, was problematisch für unsere 4-jährige Tochter war. Überhaupt sollte das Hotel den Beisatz "familienfreundlich" entfernen, da es überhaupt nichts für Kinder gibt. Auch keine Freiflächen die bespielt werden können. Das Essen war leider nicht abwechslungsreich, generell sehr fleischlastig und die wenigen vegetarischen Speisen konnten geschmacklich nicht überzeugen. Das Personal im Restaurant war sehr unfreundlich. Eine Essenszeit ab 19 Uhr war für unsere Tochter schwierig, als wir 5 Minuten früher beim Restaurant waren und sichtlich alles fertig und vorbereitet war, wurden wir sehr unhöflich ermahnt, den Bereich noch nicht zu betreten.

La posizione ottima, cena e colazione ok, un pò lenti sul servizio bar e sulla gestione di un gruppo grande. Avrebbero potuto organizzarci un tavolo dedicato per tutto il gruppo anzichè farci separare
