J ai fais ma réservation le 7 à 13h pour une arrivée ce meme jour à 22h mais le petit déjeuner m a ete facturé. Je pense que les heures de réservation doivent être pris en charge. Les check in se font généralement apres le petit déjeuner pourquoi facturer le petit déjeuner le jour d arriver alors qu on ne le prends pas? Je souhaiterais être remboursée svp.
