To be fair, my experience at this hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. On the bright side, the hotel is very clean, and the staff were absolutely wonderful—highly professional and welcoming.
However, there were some major downsides that affected the comfort of my stay 1-Lighting & Atmosphere: The hotel feels quite gloomy because there is not enough lighting. Most of the lights throughout the property were turned off, making the atmosphere dark and depressing.2-Furniture: The furniture is extremely outdated and looks unprofessional. It honestly feels like it was poorly made by an amateur local carpentry shop rather than commercial hotel furniture3.-Parking: There is no private parking dedicated to the hotel. Guests are forced to look for street parking around the area, which is very inconvenient.
I hope the management takes these notes seriously, especially regarding upgrading the furniture and keeping the lights on to improve the guest experience.
