Pets not allowed
No elevators
Friendly people and car park by hotel for free, very comfortable
The location was alright
There was bugs all over the beds and the room had no lights at all.
Cheep
Breakfast was not open at the advertised time so had to forgo breakfast which was part of the reason for booking in the first place
The location was convenient, and the check-in process was straightforward.
The hotel was very noisy throughout the night. There is a pub/bar on the premises where people drink alcohol, and the loud music, shouting, and disturbance made it very difficult to sleep. A place for drinking and a place for sleeping should not be mixed like this. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet and restful stay
Very bad experience
服务人员很热情
非常脏, 床上有床虱。
We didn’t stay here. Staff was friendly though
We didn’t stay , the room was full of bed bugs. I am still waiting on my refund. Absolutely disgusting.
Didn't have one
Everything
The staff were nice but very perplexed when I said I was checking out and wanted a refund. They told me to contact booking.com.
I am 61 and have stayed in hotels for many years, and in all that time I have never refused to stay in a room I had booked until now.
When checking in, we asked about breakfast and were told they weren’t serving any because the chef was off sick. The room we were given was not the one advertised on Booking.com. The route to the room was strange: we took the lift to the first floor, walked past several bedrooms, then had to go through a door into what looked like a staff staircase and walk up to the second floor. The carpet on the stairs was filthy, with dirt that looked like it had been there for years.
Inside the room, there was no carpet at all. The bed had an iron frame with bed‑bug strips under the feet. The bathroom had a missing glass shelf, one bedside table had a cigarette burn, and there was a jar of gunk left on the sink. The walls and floor were dirty, with dark triangles in the corners where a mop had clearly not reached. The whole room felt unclean and neglected.
I had to shower because I needed to get to an appointment, but I desperately tried not to touch anything. It was awful. I genuinely felt I might catch something if I stayed there, so after my appointment I found alternative accommodation and checked out
