Pros:

Clean, very comfortable beds and large rooms.

Cons:

Our room keys didn’t work twice , tv didn’t work and the maintenance worker wanted to look at the door at midnight. When we checked out this morning the staff worker ( Kameron), asked how our stay was and he got angry when I was explaining what happened. He just said these things happen and see you next time. Rather he not even ask how our stay was.

Pros:

The front desk was nice, it was easy to check in and find parking. The kids liked the hotel a lot and the room.

Cons:

Just the distance from the rooms to the elevator, we were all the way at the end of the hall and it felt like a maze to get to the elevator. Also the keycards were a little confusing, we couldn't get in through the back entrance of the building with the card and then we were having trouble getting in the room even though we had used that card already before.

Nice facility and location and good value.
Pros:

The location and shuttle were great! The pool area was awesome!

Cons:

The Continental Breakfast was nice but two days there was hot food the rest was not. I wasn’t prepared for the $165 incidental hold on my credit card after the stay was paid for. Not sure I will get that back or not? No microwaves in room and our mini fridge didn’t work and we had to throw out food. There was no restaurant or food available at the facility.

We’d come back! However, it was so much different re:upkeep, we were left wondering if the space was about to undergo so

Cons:

A bit run down; toilet in room was extremely dirty under the rim (killed the relaxing-in-the-tub vibe); felt completely different from our previous experience re: cleanliness and care the property had been receiving.

The room met our expectations and had a good nights rest.
Pros:

Location, shower amenities,TV, good overall atmosphere, for the most part it was clean except for a dirty rag that was left by the cleaning person on the nightstand between the beds.

Cons:

The overflow parking lot in the back was not paved and full of large potholes, it appeared that the room had black mold developing by the AC unit, noticed a funky odor in the room. Mattresses were rather hard. The breakfast was not up to par with other places I’ve stayed.

Pros:

Location is perfect, right next to colonial Williamsburg, walking distance to the visitor center.
Friendly staff.

Cons:

Hotel really needs renovation. Archaic magnetic keys that always need to be reprogrammed, bathrooms with a bit of rust and barely functional bathtubs, elevators and doors breaking often.
And, breakfast is really bad. No diary options, very basic pastries, no cheese, really really substandard.
