Pros:

You can't beat the price and location of the hotel! The staff were great to explain things to us and suggesting things for my young kids. Pool and free breakfast were an added bonus.

Cons:

Pull out couch was fine for a 5 and 8 year old, but it's in rough shape.

It was very good close to getting shuttle. I did previously stated the shower was not good.
Pros:

We were able to get an up grade to a king suite with no problem.

The shower was not great I think they can be replace at least in the room we had room 5353

Perfect location, good rooms & awful breakfast!
Pros:

Perfect location. Staff is really friendly and helpful, room cleaning service is excellent. There is a lot of amenities for kids and we had a fun time. Easy check-in and check-out.

Cons:

There is no drying rack for your bathing suit in the room. AC is really laud and old. The pool was packed with people from Friday afternoons throughout the weekend and there is no lifeguard on the premises so some people saw it fit to trough a football in the pool from one end to the other, even do there were smaller kids in and around the pool. Breakfast was really disappointing. Only cooked food was omelets with cheese, they were running out of food all thee time and they are seriously understaffed, tables were not cleaned and each morning there was a huge waiting line.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay while visiting Colonial Williamsburg. The location was perfect!
Pros:

The Staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions during our stay. Public transportation was conveniently located next to the property. Colonial Williamsburg didn't disappoint.

Cons:

I was satisfied with everything during our stay. I have no complaints.

Great Stay.
Pros:

The location was great. It was a perfect place to stay when visiting Colonial Williamsburg. The front desk recommended that we order dinner from Sal's, which was delivered to the hotel. The food was excellent and reasonably priced, and delivery was very quick.

The staff was very helpful

Cons:

The exhaust fan did not work in the bathroom, two of the sheets/blankets for the pullout chair were dirty and the a/c was terrible. Had to request a fan

It was fair and not too exciting. Did not enjoy value for money.
Pros:

The breakfast didn’t have much options

Cons:

The rooms were too small for a family and kids as I booked a double bedroom. No microwave to warm food . Water was placed in the room for sale Instead of it to be a welcome package for guest.

Great location and facility but they need to improve their breakfast offerings!
Pros:

Very convenient to all the Golden Triangle destinations.

Cons:

The breakfast had a lot to be desired. The egg bites were terrible. The toaster conveyer belts to heat waffles, muffins, bagels didn’t really heat very well. On our 2nd day the milk container was locked and all they had was oat milk…. BLAH! And there were no waffles or yogurt.

Great place for families. Not so much for older couples.
Pros:

Breakfast choices were good. Perhaps understaffed? Suggestion would be to set up 2 breakfast stations to avoid waiting in line. Early breakfast hours were packed. At the conclusion of breakfast the room & tables were very dirty.
