Location, good prices in hotel bar.

Cons:

Fridge in room not working. 3rd bed in room was too small for adult. Room was booked for 3 adults.

Pros:

Отдыхали семьёй из 3 человек. Гостиница очень понравилась. В пяти минутах от Нисси бич. Вышла накладка с номером, по моей вине, но персонал гостиницы решил вопрос моментально. Приветливый персонал, хорошая еда, хорошая уборка номеров.

Es war in Ordnung
Pros:

Das Frühstück ist gut, aber jeden Tag gleich. Der Pool ist für kleine Kinder geeignet, Erwachsene werden nicht zufrieden sein.
Der Strand ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt (etwa 3-6 Minuten), je nachdem, wie eilig man es hat.

Hotel ben oltre le nostre aspettative!!!
Pros:

Questo hotel e piu di un 3 stelle. A partire dalla struttura, molto bella ed elegante. Sempre mantenuta pulita dalla mattina alla sera.
La cucina era davvero ottima; piatti eccezionali! Anche per la mia bambina di 3 anni ho trovato piatti adatti alla sua eta'.
Lo staff del bar e del ristorante veramente persone umili, super gentili, sempre educati ma soprattutto sorridenti!! Ringrazio in particolare le 3 cameriere (purtroppo non ricordo i nomi; 2 erano madre e figlia e 1 ragazza del Nepal) che si sono dimostrate carinissime nei confronti di mia figlia; ci hanno aiutato a farla mangiare e non e da tutti!!!! Veramente bravissime persone!!! Lo staff del bar anch'esso eccezionale, cocktail alcolici e analcolici favolosi!
Consiglio vivamente il soggiorno in questa splendida struttura.

Cons:

Vorrei lasciare giusto una piccola osservazione ( ma nulla di rilevante); gli arredamenti nelle camere vista mare/piscina andrebbero rivisti..sono un po datati. Ma nulla che possa impedire di non soggiornare!!!

Obmedzenejší vyber jedál v rámci all inclusive, pri požiadavke o možnosť izby v hoteli kvôli zlomenej nohe cestujúceho sme dostali menšiu starsiu štandard izbu s jednou starou prístelkou namiesto pôvodného objednaného veľkého štúdia

Pros:

Bungalow który otrzymaliśmy spełnił nasze oczekiwania w zupełności. Był przestronny, córki miały odrębne łóżka. W sypialni na górze było troche gorąco ale klimatyzator po uruchomieniu szybko dostosował temperaturę do naszych preferencji. Bungalow wyposażony był w aneks kuchenny z płytą grzewczą, piekarnikiem, czajnik był dostępny oraz toster a także naczynia i sztućce. Otrzymaliśmy dwa komplety ręczników: białe łazienkowe oraz niebieskie na basen lub plażę. Śniadania w hotelu były bardzo dobre. Co prawda co dzień te same dania, ale było ich na tyle dużo, że praktycznie każdego dnia można było sobie skomponować inne śniadanie. Bardzo dobry był zasięg WiFi w bungalowie, w hotelu i na basenie. Lokalizacja obiektu jest dość dobra, blisko jest do plaży a tuż obok są dwa sklepy w których można także zamówić ciepłe dania na wynos lub na miejscu. W zasięgu kilku minut marszu dostepnych jest kilka restauracji, duży supermarket, przystanek autobusowy

Wszystkie bungalowy znajdują się wzdłuż ruchliwej ulicy, a nasz był blisko skrzyżowania dwóch ulic, więc ruch uliczny był słyszalny. Zwłaszcza nocą ludzie jeździli bez litości dla mieszkańców quadami i motorami chyba bez tłumików. To było okropne. Hotel oczywiście nie ma na to wpływu kto i jak jeździ i nie wpływa to na moją ocenę hotelu. Jedynie jest to moja osobista obserwacja i rada dla innych: jeśli chcecie się w nocy wyspać, poszukajcie miejsc z dala od ulic z dużym natężeniem ruchu.

We absolutely loved the hotel! The pool and relaxation area are fantastic and perfect for guests of all ages. There are great facilities for little ones (we were traveling with our 2-year-old), as well as plenty of fun for older children (around 8 years old). And of course, for adults, it’s simply paradise!

We were given a wonderful room with a view of the pool and the sea — thank you so much! Everything was absolutely top-notch. We chose the all-inclusive option, and it was definitely worth it.

The beach is nearby, the rooms are excellent and very clean, the food is delicious, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Everything was perfect! We will definitely be back again.

Cons:
