Overall, we had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our vacation. The hotel is very family-friendly and well suited for families with children. Most of the reception team were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful, and the bar staff were always sociable. Every request or issue we raised was handled quickly and efficiently.
We stayed in a bungalow, and it was excellent—comfortable, spacious, and equipped with everything a family needs. Very comfortable beds, for us and foe the kids. The pool was great and perfect for children. We stayed on the all-inclusive plan, and there was always plenty of food and drinks available throughout the day.
Although the dinner buffet was not really to our taste, the dining room manager went above and beyond by preparing a special meal for us upon request.
There was one male receptionist who was neither friendly nor helpful, which stood out compared to the rest of the staff. In addition, the reception staff seemed reluctant when we asked for pool towels, which didn't feel very welcoming. The bungalows are located a bit farther from the main hotel building. While the walk isn't long, it can be challenging with young children in the heat. The walk to the beach is also relatively short, but under the hot sun it was less comfortable than expected when traveling with children. The beach itself was crowded, had quite a lot of seaweed, and didn't feel particularly clean. There was an issue with the bungalow's entrance door, and there was also an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. In addition, the fragrances used in the lobby and public restrooms were not very pleasant and could be improved. We also missed having a water refill station available for guests. The dinner buffet was not really to our taste. Finally, the children's playground has no shade, even though there is a large shaded area right next to it. Adding shade would make the playground much more usable during the day.
Staff are incredibly nice and helpful (reception, cleaning and especially restaurant and pool bar staff). The rooms are very clean, food was very good with quite some variety and the pool area is very spacious. Our 2nd year coming here and I would definetly recommend it to other people, especially the all-inclusive package.

Staff is the BEST
Hotel je na super místě, pláž je opravdu kousíček, moc dobré jídlo, bazény moc hezké. Co mne velice překvapilo, dorazili jsme na hotel cca ve 3 ráno a dostali jsme poukázku na výběr jakýkoliv den na oběd, tím, že jsme nestihli večeři, to bylo moc hezké.
Bungalovy určitě nedoporučuji, museli jsme se stěhovat do hlavní budovy, měli jsme zaplacené 2 bungalovy a oba opravdu hodně plesnivé, smrad z plísně nás v noci budil, do toho to ,,převoňovali" osvěživačem vzduchu a to bylo ještě horší, ale hned 2.den nás přestěhovali
