Excellent location, reception staff , rooms are very quiet , good for long stay, great parking ,
Pros:

Breakfast set up is very convenient and varieties of foods , services and staff excellent, very supporting, tables were organized well for setting and conversations. basement parking is very safe and always available, security man at arrival and bill boy were smiling and supporting .

Cons:

no major comments , may be additional choices of foods for kids

الفندق جيد من حيث نظافة الغرف والموقع

Cons:

بحجة التعليمات تعرضت مع الاسف لموقفين من بعض موظفي الفندق سببت لي انزعاج شديد وغيرت نظرتي الايجابيه عن الفندق .

من اسوأ الخدمات الفندقية اللي مرت علي تجربه لا تُكرر ابدًا، الخدمه سيئه والاسره غير نظيفه كلها شعر

المكان وتعامل الموظفين

Cons:

موقع الفندق كويس والموظفين كويسين في موظفه منقبه لابسه نظارات ياليت اعرف اسمها ماشاء الله ممتازه وتستحق الشكر.
لكن الخدمه تعبانه
في البدايه انتظرنا علشان تجهيز الغرف وعادي كثير فنادق كذا لكن من بعد التنظيف والدخول لقيتها غرفة مدخنين بالرغم ان حجزي مع طفل وغيروا لنا الغرفه مشكورين
طلبت سرير اطفال بعد الموت جاني تقريبًا نص ساعه انتظار وكان ليل على الساعه 11:30
وعند النوم اكتشفنا ان الاسره وسخه فيها شعر يعني الشراشف مو نظيفه طلبناهم يغيرونها بمكالمات كثييير وماجاو الا بعد ساعه على الساعه 12 الا او 1 الليل والحمام (اكرمكم الله) مافيها ادوات ابدًا (فرش اسنان، شور كب، مشط…الخ)
كنا حاجزين 4 غرف
الغرفه الثانيه نفس المشكله الشراشف مو نظيفه وفيها بقع صفرا
الغرفه الثالثه طلبتهم فرش اسنان ماجاو الا بعد 45 دقيقه.

من اسوأ الخدمات الفندقية اللي مرت علي

كل شئ أعجبني الاستقبال الخدمه الغرفه

الاستقبال الهدوء الغرفه مريحه ومطله وبوفيه الفطور كل شئ فيه أعجبني
وهو وجهتي المفضله دائماً ان شاء الله
