Pros:

Everything from the smooth check-in to the warm welcome made for an excellent stay. The secure parking was convenient, and the complimentary cookie at arrival was a lovely touch. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and well equipped with complimentary water, tea, and coffee. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated being able to control the air conditioning with a remote. The hotel's location provides easy access to many of Riyadh's main attractions. What impressed me the most was the outstanding customer service—the staff promptly accommodated my request for a room change and even upgraded my room, making me feel genuinely valued as a guest.

Cons:

The only issue I experienced was that cigarette smoke entered my original non-smoking room through the ventilation system when a neighboring guest was smoking. However, the staff responded immediately to my request, moved me to another room, and even upgraded my room at no extra charge. Their professionalism and excellent customer service completely resolved the issue. Other than that, I have no complaints.
