Pros:

Todo es muy cómodo. El personal es amable. El espacio de la habitación es grande. También se cuenta con café y chocolate caliente gratuito las 24 horas.
El desayuno es buffet americano, muy rico todo (quizás un poco salado para mi gusto, pero entiendo que es para la mayoría de la gente).

Cons:

En el baño se podría acompletar con una puerta más en la ducha ya que se sale el agua al piso.
Los dispensadores de jabón desconozco si se encuentran asegurados, son un poco difíciles de usar (quizás no lo supimos utilizar).
