Lo único que vi es que no hay zonas y facilidades para personas con movilidad reducida.

Pros:

Bel hotel, très bien décoré, un havre de paix. Les deux petites piscines permettent de se rafraîchir dans un joli cadre.Les chambres sont confortables, belle salle de bain. En revanche elles sont sombres. Préférer les chambres à l'étage. Petit déjeuner avec plusieurs options. Pour le dîner je vous recommande l'excellent restaurant "salvaje sabor y ritmo" situé à deux pas.

Chambre propre, petit déjeuner très bon mais les piscines n’étaient pas top.
Pros:

La chambre était spacieuse et propre néanmoins sans possibilité d’avoir de la lumière naturelle.
Le restaurant du petit déjeuner avait une belle vue et le contenu était copieux.

Cons:

Le manque de lumière naturelle dans les chambres. Par ailleurs la piscine intérieure donne sur le hall de l’hôtel ce qui n’est pas agréable et la piscine extérieure ne ressemble pas vraiment aux photos.

Pros:

El servicio, que la limpieza de las habitaciones y del lugar.

Cons:

La ubicación, todo el tiempo de sientes inseguro, las calles aledañas son muy sucias y han muchas personas en situación de calle aledañas rededor.

This centrally located hotel offers convenient access to the city center, being just one block from the cathedral. It features beautifully appointed interiors that seamlessly integrate natural elements into its design, and provides spacious accommodations.

Cons:

The check-in process was protracted, requiring passports, US identification with proof of address, and the Colombian migration document (MiG), which we have not been asked for during our previous visits to Colombia. The breakfast offered a wide selection, including local specialties; however, the "natural juice" appeared to be diluted. I recommend prioritizing quality over quantity in this regard. Beds are very low and with sharp corners so something to be carefully walking around

I stayed here to unwind before my flight the following day. - Achieved.
I enjoyed the plants and greenery sorrunding the hotel. After enjoying Tyron Park and La Ciuda Perdia, it was still nice to have plants around.

The location is very closed to a few landmarks that are within walking distance.

Having a small indoor pool to cool down and be away from the beaming sun was very comfortable.

Highlight was the Hot stone massage, good quality and relaxing.

Point of Difference- They have dedicated grey towels to dry your thongs/shoes. Great Idea saving replacing or washing white towels.

They also have many shared and Individule spaces to enjoy a coffee.

Would Recommend if your going to used the services avaliable.

Cons:

The night club down the road, but hey thats part of the atmosphere of town night life.
The more annoying was the noise from the bar fridge in the room.

Pros:

Estaba muy bien ubicado, la cama erra muy cómoda y grande. Había aire acondicionados y ventilador de techo. Y las piscinas exterior e interior eran muy chulas y útiles para el calor de Santa Marta.

Cons:

Había una pequeña fuga de agua en un grifo del baño y se encharcaba.
