Pros:

Una estancia de 10. Todo ha sido espectacular. El alojamiento está completamente nuevo, muy cuidado, limpio y con todas las comodidades para sentirse como en casa. La llegada autónoma fue muy sencilla y, aun así, los responsables estuvieron pendientes en todo momento por si necesitas cualquier cosa.

El desayuno me sorprendió gratamente: muy variado, completo. Sin duda, un alojamiento muy confortable y totalmente recomendable. Repetiré sin dudarlo.

In Ordnung, aber sehr unpersönlich
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt neben einer Polizeiwache, was Sicherheit ausstrahlt und am Fluss, was angenehm ist. Die Umgebung ist sauber, obwohl frequentiert und der Stadtpark ist gut erreichbar.
Das Haus selber ist groß, sauber und modern, aber schlicht. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und "haben Klimaanlage". Die Betten sind bequem und auch das Badezimmer bietet viel Platz. Aber es wirkt eher wie ein Wohnhaus, als wie ein Hotel.
Und auch wenn sich der Frühstücksraum im Keller ohne Fenster befindet, war das Frühstücksbuffet großzügig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Richtig lecker!
Nachts war es sehr ruhig, obwohl tagsüber viel Verkehr rund um das Hotel herrscht.
Alles in allem ordentlich und sauber, aber nicht sehr gemütlich oder besonders gastfreundlich.

Cons:

Das "Hotel" muss man erstmal als Hotel erkennen. Von außen, ohne große Schilder gar nicht so einfach. Aber man sollte ein gutes Navi haben, um zielstrebig die Tiefgarage zu finden, sonst wird´s schwierig und wäre mit Extrarunden um den Block verbunden. Das Hotel wirkt wie ein Wohngebäude. Vielleicht ist es das auch. Denn es gibt kein Restaurant und keine Lobby und auch eine Rezeption im klassischem Sinn sucht man vergebens.

Wir wurden über die Mobilnummer, die von Booking weitergegeben wird, angeschrieben, dass wir einen online Check-in machen sollten, weil die Dame am Schreibtisch im Erdgeschoss nur für knappe 2 Stunden anzutreffen sei und ansonsten kein Zugang zum Gebäude, zur Tiefgarage und zum Zimmer möglich sei. Dieser Schriftverkehr und die Erinnerungen wurden auch enorm häufig gesendet, ohne genau mitzuteilen, ob es schon geklappt hatte oder noch nicht. Sehr unpersönlich und recht nervig. Aber letztlich hat alles gut funktioniert und wir hatten alle Codes, die wir benötigten, eine knappe Stunde vor Ankunft.

Unser Manko: Die Klimaanlage in unserem Zimmer funktionierte nicht. Aber ohne Lobby und Rezeption, konnten wir keine Hilfe erbitten.

Vom Hotel sind es ein paar "Meter" zu Fuß zur Innenstadt. Aber das hatten wir bewusst so gewählt. Dadurch läuft man aber einige Zeit, um ein Restaurant zu finden.

Läget var perfekt. Lite utanför stadskärnan. Lugnt och tryggt. Granne med polisen. Frukosten var bra. Detvmesta man kan förvänta sig fanns.

Cons:

Fanns inget jag inte tyckte om, men lite olika meloner till frukost hade varit bra.
