Séjour en Alsace

Plusieurs remarques:


1) L’emplacement. À mon avis, il est impeccable. Proche du centre mais au calme, facilement accessible en voiture, vue sur les vignes. Reposant et relaxant.

2) L’accessibilité. Nous étions avec un bébé donc poussette, et tout était facilement accessible. 

3) Le restaurant. Idéalement situé, le restaurant était vraiment sympathique. Est-ce le meilleure restaurant que j'ai fait de ma vie et qui passerait à top chef? Peut être pas. Est-ce qu'il est cependant très agréable et avec un choix largement suffisant et avec des produits de la région? Oui!

4) La piscine. Simple, basique. Mais on n’en demande pas plus, l’idée n’est pas d'être Léon Marchand en vacances. Elle est propre, chaude, et il y a de la place. 

5) Le service. C'est là pour moi le point majeur. Mais quelle qualité du service. Un accueil parfait. Des gens attentionnés, autant au desk qu’au restaurant. Merci spécialement à Zaccharia qui nous a trouvé une chambre compatible pour notre demi-part fiscale. Mais ces remerciements sont valables pour tout le personnel car il n'y avait que des gens serviables et aimables. 


Bref en resumé nous avons adoré ce séjour. Nous reviendrons à coup sûr, car il y a encore plein de chose à découvrir dans la région.

Très bien
Pros:

Mon mari et moi n'y avons passé qu'une nuit au retour de nos vacances en Italie mais tout était très bien. Notre demande tardive pour le dîner a été acceptée sans problème (repas très bon au demeurant) et petit-déjeuner copieux et diversifié.

Un cauchemar probablement une des pires chambres de l hôtel.
Pros:

L emplacement , le parking et le petit déjeuner.

Cons:

J avais demandé une chambre calme car nous avons le sommeil très léger. On nous a attribué une chambre à côté de la cage d escaliers extrêmement bruyantes avec des allées et venues incessantes entre 22h et 1 h. De plus c était une chambre extrêmement exiguë entre le bord du lit et la porte de la salle de bain, le passage était très réduit. La lampe d un côté du lit ne fonctionnait pas.
La piscine n avait pas été nettoyée. Il y avait plein de saletés dans le fond et qui surnageaient. Peu agréable de s’y baigner.
Impossible de rester sur la terrasse et de se détendre , le compresseur, caché par un arbuste tournait à plein régime en face .
Cela fait cinq années que je viens dans cet hôtel sans jamais avoir été déçue , mais vue ma dernière expérience je me pose la question si j’y reviendrai.

War ein schöner gemütlicher Aufenthalt - hat für uns gestimmt.
Pros:

Zentrale Lage, Frühstücksbüffet war sehr vielseitig

Cons:

Zimmer für 3 Erwachsene war klein - am Abreisetag war ein Streik der französischen Bahn- und an der Rezeption half uns niemand weiter.

Davvero una struttura di valore
Pros:

Diciamo che di suo l'hotel sarebbe una buona struttura, ma la cura in certi aspetti fanno aumentare immediatamente la qualità percepita del soggiorno. Per esempio, ottima la colazione e la cena con prodotti locali, ottima la cura da parte dello staff, ottima la location

Cons:

Unico aspetto il parcheggio: non manca, ma la gestione è un po' complessa tra diverse location dove si può piazzare l'auto ecc. Non mi era stato anticipato per messaggio che avrei potuto prenotare posto in garage coperto con ricarica per l'auto EV

Pros:

Das Hotel ist vor kurzem renoviert worden, fast alles ist neu. Unser Zimmer lag nach Süden und wir hatten Blick über den Pool in die Weinberge. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Als Rückenpatient konnte ich im Bett sehr gut schlafen. Der Innen Pool hat eine Temperatur von 30 Grad, außen 29 Grad. Aus checken erst um 11.00Uhr. Die Lage ist super, man ist sofort in der Altstadt. Das ganze Personal Ist sehr freundlich.
