Modernes Hotel am Rande eines charmanten, mittelalterlichen Städtchens.
Pros:

Ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt mit einem Traum-Frühstück, einem tollen Außenpool und einer einwandfrei funktionierenden Klimaanlage. Besonders begeistert hat uns auch die Fußball-WM-Übertragung, die wir in einer super angenehmen Atmosphäre und bei perfekter Lautstärke genießen konnten.

Wir sind gegen Abend angekommen und haben dann gleich noch den Pool genutzt. Dieser ist schön, beheizt und es hat genügend Liegen.

Die Art & Weise vom Hoteldirektor...ich habe mich gefühlt wie ein Schulkind...habe am Morgen nach der ersten Nacht gesagt dass es taghell wurde im Zimmer und dass wir so keine Ferien haben...man sagte mir, es hätte Storen - auf das hin habe ich mich entschuldigt...habe dann in der 2. Nacht diese Storen gesucht..KEINE vorhanden. Obwohl ich den Vorhang auf beiden Seiten die Vorhänge so gut wie möglich zugezogen habe - waren wir wieder um 06.18h wach. Habe das dann der Rezeption gemeldet. Auf das hin kam sofort der Hoteldirektor. Er wollte mit ins Zimmer und ich solle ihm das zeigen. Die Art & Weise wie er sich mir gegenüber verhalten hat war absolut respektlos. Habe ihm auf dem Handy das Foto gezeigt, wo man auch die Uhrzeit sieht..er meinte, er mache nun auch ein Foto und wenn ich ihm ja sage, dass ich smarter als er sei dann soll ich das jetzt anschauen. Ich sagte dass es nun auch nicht mehr die gleiche Zeit ist und dass ich ganz klar extra nachgefragt habe. Er wollte eine Riesendiskussion anfangen und mein Sohn fühlte sich schon unwohl dann habe ich ihm gesagt dass ich seit über 30 Jahren in der Reisebranche bin und dass ich das nicht akzeptiere. Er hat mir dann 40 Euro Reduktion vorgeschlagen was SEHR SEHR wenig ist wenn man bedenkt dass wir fast 400.00 EURO für 2 Nächte bezahlt haben - aber ich wollte nur noch weg und beim Check out habe ich dann diese 40.- EURO erwähnt. Man sagte mir, ich hätte für 32 Euro konsumiert. Also sagte ich, dann seien ja noch 8 Euro übrig..darauf hin sollte ich für 8 Euro was "nehmen" - ich sagte, ich wolle das Geld zurück auf die Karte. Für so ein renommiertes Hotel stimmt Preis- Leistung absolut nicht. Die Zimmer sind uralt..und NOCH mit Teppichen, was absolut nicht mehr dem Hygiene Standard entspricht. Ebenso war das Erste was wir sahen bei Ankunft im Hotelzimmer ein Fressnapf auf einem Handtuch. Also geht man schon davon aus, dass jeder ein Tier mitbringt..das fand ich sehr unpassend!

Très beau séjour en Alsace.

Le repas du soir à l’arrivée était le bienvenue, les petits déjeuners un super buffet,le personnel au petit soin.

Hôtel tout confort à recommander
Pros:

L’hôtel est agréable, propre et calme.
Le personnel est à l’écoute, d’une gentillesse incroyable, surtout au bar!!
La demoiselle avec ses longues tresses est adorable et connaît parfaitement son métier. Reste discrète mais présente et serviable.
Nous avons apprécié l’eau fruitée bien fraîche à disposition à l’entrée (surtout avec les 40 degrés !)
La proximité de la vieille ville est un plus car nous étions au centre tout en étant au calme.
Merci pour ce séjour où tout était parfait!

Petit bémol pour la literie, un peu dure 😅

Juste l'endroit parfait pour passer un bon séjour dans cette belle région.
Pros:

Un grand merci au personnel pour l'accueil
Une mention spéciale pour la cuisine qui nous a concocté des plats succulents et excellents
Nous avons passés un superbe séjour Merci

Cons:

Réduire la climatisation dans la salle à manger (nous avons étés obligés de nous couvrir durant le repas) Mettre un où deux tapis de sol au fitness pour les exercices au sol. Le rameur n'a plus de batterie.
