Très très décevant. Je ne reviendrai pas. À franchement éviter.

Accueil désagréable
Et surtout quand j’ai fait la remarque que l’on pourrait être prévenu à notre arrivée que le spa est naturiste, l’hôtesse d’accueil a été désagréable et hautaine.
Le spa n’était donc pas accessible pour des personnes normales.
Et le restaurant est correct mais absolument pas gastronomique, c’est simple et efficace mais pas chic.

Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner und gelungener Urlaub.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt am Rande des Städtchens Riquewihr sehr ruhig direkt an den Weinbergen.
Trotzdem ist das Zentrum von Riquewihr in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Direkt am Hotel gibt es zudem ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten.

Cons:

Für Kinder und Jugendliche ist wenig geboten, außer einem kleinen Innen- und Außenpool.
Dennoch gibt es in der näheren Umgebung für die ganze Familie viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten.

En ce qui concerne l’eau au niveau du SPA nous avons trouvé l’eau un peu froide pour un SPA, et l’espace est un peu petit vu le nombre de chambres.
Une famille avec plusieurs enfants était présente en même temps que nous dans le SPA du coup cela devient vite bruyant et trop petit.

Traumhafter Elsassaufenthalt in einem Top-Hotel direkt an einem Weinberg
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt am Fuß eines Weinbergs am Ortsrand von Riquewihr, einem märchenhaften sehenswertem typisch elsässischen Ort.
Riquewihrs Altstadt mit Ihren vielen sehenswerten historisch-traditionellen Gebäuden und Restaurants ist vom Hotel fußläufig erreichbar.

Das Hotel bietet Parkplätze vor dem Haus, einen Außenpool, einen kleinen Innenpool sowie einen Spa-Bereich.
EBikes können in der Tiefgarage sicher abgestellt u. auch geladen werden.

Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit u. zuvorkommend. An der Rezeption sprechen einige Mitarbeiterinnen deutsch.
Schön ist das gekühlte Wasser im Foyer mit tägl. wechselnden Früchten, was für Gäste gratis ist.

Die Gästezimmer sowie auch das ganze Haus inkl. Restaurant sind klimatiert.

Besonders schön war an den heißen Juli-Tagen nach unseren ausgedehnten EBiketouren den Außenpool nutzen zu können, der bis 21 Uhr geöffnet war und abends ideal zum Relaxen ist, weil nur noch wenige Gäste dort waren. Am Tage könnte ich mir vorstellen, reichen die wenigen Liegen kaum für alle Gäste aus.

Die Poolanlage - wie auch das gesamte Hotel wirkten sehr gepflegt und sauber.

Das Frühstück ist gut bis sehr gut - besonders toll sind die frischen Baguttes in den Körben

Cons:

Eigentlich gibt es nichts was uns nicht gefallen hat.
Allenfalls 2 Anmerkungen:

Unser Zimmer war sehr klein.
Dafür entschädigte aber der geräumige Balkon mit traumhaftem Blick auf den Weinberg.

Das Einzige was ich am Frühstück vermisst habe, wäre die überaus leckere luftgetrocknete französische Salami, welche aus Riquewihr besonders gut ist (kann man im Ort kaufen).
