Minimalistic but sufficient stay
Pros:

Great location, and will stay in the vicinity for next visit to Tokyo.
Pros:

Location was excellent, walking distance to monorail station linking Haneda Airport to Tokyo.
Also, lots of good restaurants nearby and easy access to other train stations.

Cons:

Nothing in particular. Room was small, but to be expected in Tokyo.

É più simile ad un grande ostello con tutti i servizi in comune all’aspetto. Ottimo soggiorno ma il prezzo é troppo alto per quello che fa.

どちらのマイシテイもお掃除が行き届き(亀井戸以外)従業員の方もさらりと感じが良かった.

Pros:

Wonderfully convenient, safe and quiet location. the room was a decent size. 1 block away from a Family mart. The staff was friendly and capable.

Cons:

Not sure if it's our fault, but bathroom smelled like urine for 2 night...? I even wiped down the floor with water in case we accidentally "missed." it was unpleasant, but manageable and might be our fault since everything else about the room seemed clean and fine so not sure what happened here. Wouldn't avoid for this reason, as the location is great, and it's a perfectly fine "business" hotel.
