숙박 3박째에 저녁에 숙소 들어가니 호텔 침대에서 저희 물건이 아닌 액상전자담배가 발견되었습다.

저희가 4박5일을 이 호텔에서만 묵었는데, 4일째 날에 아침에 나갔다가 저녁에 돌아와서 방에 오니 침대위에 누구것인지 모르는 액상형 전자담배가 놓여져있었습니다. 남편은 비흡연자고 저 역시 비흡연자에 임산부라 당황스러워 직원을 불렀습니다. 영어를 아예 못하시는 일본직원분이랑 번역기로 소통을 한시간 가량했으나 청소직원과 연락이
안된다는 답변을 받고 내일 다시 확인 후 소통하기로 해서 찝찝한 마음을 가지고 마지막날이기에 그낭 잤습니다. 다음날 로비로 가서 다른 직원과 소통했는데 cctv 확인결과 청소직원 한명과 체크하는직원? 두명이 저희가 숙소를 나간 이후 들어온 유일한 사람이라고 했는데, 둘다 그 전자담배를 본적도 없다고 합니다.. 참.. 이게 말이 되는지요. 저희 물건이 아닌게 4일째에 갑자기 방안 침대에 올려져있는데 아무도 그걸 본적이 없다뇨.. 계속 한국에 돌아가서 메일로 소통하자고 하는 호텔의 방식에 화가 많이 났습니다. 그 청소 직원들 말은 믿고 손님은 거짓말 친다는 건가요..그리고나서 체크아웃 전에 상주하는 한국인 직원이 계셔서 마지막으로 또 이야기를 다 했는데..(전날 밤부터 세차례 같은걸로 소통하느라 그냥 진이 다 빠지고 여행시간에도 피해를 봤습니다..) 한국인 직원분도 같은 말을 반복하셨고 일요일이라 지배인이 연락이 안되서 해결해줄 어떤 매뉴얼은 없다고 했습니다. 제가 1박에 해당하는 비용도 환불이 안되냐고 했더니 이 호텔은 환불은 없다네요 ㅋㅋㅋ그게 무슨말인지.. 여튼 저희는 여행 마지막밤과 마지막날 기분이 너무 안좋았고 금연룸에서 발견된 액상전자담배가 누구껀지 어디서 들어온건지, 방을 청소하며 흡연을 한건지 그 어떤것도 명확한 설명을 호텔로부터 듣지 못했습니다. 돌아가는 비행기때문에 어쩔수없이 이메일을 적고 한국에 왔지만 역시 이메일로도 제3자 출입이 없고 4일내내 같은 직원이 출입해서 청소했으니 그 이상의 답변은 없다네요.
다른 한국인 분들이라도 알고 계시면 좋겠어요. 손님이 없는방에 자기 물건이 아닌게 언제 어디서 나타날지 모릅니다 이 호텔.. 보안과 청결 대처매뉴얼이 없는 호텔입니다.

这次入住是我在日本体验过最差的一次，性价比极低，完全不值得这个价格。房间非常狭窄且有异味，整体环境令人不适，但这些我都勉强忍了。

真正让人无法接受的是早餐的服务。当天排队时，我是第一个到的一位客人，后面还有两组客人（4人和2人）。当有4人座位空出时，先安排4人组我可以理解，但随后竟然直接把排在我后面的2人组也安排进去，而完全无视我，没有任何解释和道歉。这种不公平且无礼的处理方式令人非常愤怒。

早餐内容同样令人失望，甚至连最基本的牛奶都没有，完全不像一家酒店应有的水平。更离谱的是，工作人员还跑去前台投诉客人，这一幕被我丈夫亲眼看到。这样的服务态度实在难以置信。

整体来说，无论是房间、早餐还是服务，都没有任何值得肯定的地方。这样的酒店完全不值得推荐，绝对不会再来。

今回の宿泊は、日本で経験した中でも最悪レベルのものでした。料金に対しての価値がまったく見合っておらず、部屋は非常に狭く、においも気になり、快適とは言えませんでしたが、それでも我慢していました。

しかし本当に許せなかったのは朝食時の対応です。私は1名で先頭に並んでいたにもかかわらず、4名グループだけでなく、その後ろに並んでいた2名グループまで先に案内されました。説明も謝罪も一切なく、非常に不公平で失礼な対応でした。

朝食の内容もひどく、ホテルの朝食とは思えないほど簡素で、牛乳すら用意されていませんでした。さらに、スタッフがフロントへ客について苦情を言いに行っていたところを夫が目撃しており、接客以前の問題だと感じました。

客室、朝食、サービスすべてにおいて満足できる点は一つもなく、この価格帯でこの内容は到底納得できません。二度と利用することはありませんし、他の方にもおすすめできません。

This was by far the worst hotel experience I have had in Japan. The value for money is extremely poor and does not justify the price at all. The room was very small and had an unpleasant smell. Although uncomfortable, I tried to tolerate these issues.

What was truly unacceptable was the breakfast service. I was the first person in line, waiting alone, with two groups behind me (one group of four and another of two). When a table for four became available, I understood seating the group of four first. However, the staff then seated the group of two behind me as well, completely ignoring me, with no explanation or apology. This was extremely unfair and disrespectful.

The breakfast itself was also very disappointing. There was not even basic milk available, which is unacceptable for a hotel breakfast. To make matters worse, a staff member went to the front desk to complain about a guest, which my husband personally witnessed. This level of service is simply unbelievable.

Overall, there was nothing satisfactory about the room, the breakfast, or the service. This hotel is absolutely not worth the price. I will never stay here again and cannot recommend it to anyone.

Pros:

Cozy clean room. Good location as near to eateries and shopping. Staffs are friendly. There’s an automatic cash foreign exchange machine at the lobby for convenience if really out of yen. There’s free coffee and a self service laundry at ground floor.

Cons:

During my stay, there’s a construction opposite the hotel. So there is some construction noise during the day.
