リーズナブル、車椅子での利用にやや難儀もまた利用したい。
Pros:

常盤台駅、中板橋駅に近いこと。
スタンプは、みな気配あり親切です。

Cons:

(介添人なしの車椅子椅子利用)
段差がところどころにあり、車椅子に乗ったまま通過できない。ゴミ出しは、利用者が分別して館内の所定場所に出すのだが、その場所への経路に手すりなしの階段が2箇所あり、自分にはゴミ出しは不可能でした。（燃えるゴミはフロント前にゴミ箱を置いて頂き、その他は部屋に置くことを容認してもらえました。空缶は出来るだけ買い出しの際にコンビニ等で捨てました）。コインランドリーにも行きづらい。
近接の飲食店はほとんど営業していなかった。コンビニはセブンが200m強の位置。300m強のときわ台駅前でなんでも揃うが、坂道が難儀。

Good location, but people with a lot of baggage should be cautious.
Pros:

Check-in process was easy, and the host was very communicative. Front desk area was modern and clean.

Cons:

Room was especially cramped even for one person. My shower interior had a ridge coming down, which made it especially uncomfortable to shower as a tall person. There were no shelves in the shower, so I had to reach down to the floor to grab bottles every time. The sink is outside of the bathroom. The lighting and walls are yellow and definitely don't look exactly as advertised.

Worth only if you need to stay for few days
Pros:

Price is cheap
5 minute walk to the local train station

Cons:

One of the worst toilets I have encountered in Japan. Bidet was barely working. Really need some renovations unfortunately.

Pros:

Location was perfect, it's 5 minutes away from Tokiwadai station, close to a McDonalds and a 7-11, and many more stores i should had explored. I wish i could had explored more near the area since it was had a residential feel as it has local people around but i really liked how it was away from the city, yet transit is very close.

Cons:

I didn't like the garbage system, but that's just japan. the bath/shower is a bit small and i'm already a small guy 5'7, or 167 cm. so if you're a big guy or big girl, it might be uncomfortable, but once again, it's japan, its designed for small people, not big tall people or obese people to begin with. staff is friendly.

Great location near the station with good links to ikebukuro, comfortable bed, and great air con!

Also vending machines near the lifts and a code to come and go as you like is great

Cons:

The curtains weren't the best at stopping light and I never was able to figure the kettle out, maybe some English instructions for it would be great!

Llame al número de la recepción para una emercia, no hablan inglés. Tuve dificultades para usar el servicio de lavandería y recibi poca asistencia a pesar de explicar varias veces mi situación.
