Well priced, comfortable hotel
Pros:

I got the exact room I wanted. Friendly, efficient check in. Front of house and back of house staff are very polite, helpful and guest friendly. I booked another 2 nights as I was very happy with my stay.

Cons:

The bathroom a bit small but it is typical of many Japanese hotels but not a major problem. I will come back again.

Pros:

駅前のマイステイズより広かった。
ワンルームマンションの感覚で落ち着いてゆっくり過ごせました。駅から少し離れていますが、周りにコンビニや飲食店があり便利でした。

Cons:

ホテルマイステイズが五反田に2カ所あるとは知らず、以前利用した駅前のホテルと思って予約していた。行ってみたら『もう一つの方です。8分ほど歩いて行ってください。』と説明があった。台風の時だったので、少し気分が落ち込みました。
