I carried my luggage thru the pedestrian bridge outside Gotanda station to get to the hotel.

Pros:

Het hotel zit op een goede locatie metro, winkels, restaurants op loop afstand. Leuke plekken om te ontbijten ontdekt.

Cons:

De kamer was vrij klein, al weten we dat dit in Japan heel normaal is. Tijdens onze reis hadden we het geluk dat we vooral in ruime kamers verbleven, waardoor het extra opviel dat juist dit hotel, waar we het langst verbleven, de kleinste kamer had.

De douche was ook aan de kleine kant en de opstap om in bad te stappen was behoorlijk hoog, wat minder prettig kan zijn. Toch hebben we er het beste van gemaakt en verder geprobeerd van ons verblijf te genieten.

Great, compact room with friendly staff
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful! The room was a little smaller than we had anticipated, I would say it is pretty compact, though if you walk around carefully, it's got all you need. Great location in a nice suburb.

Cons:

A bit more space, but we paid a good price for it, so no complaints!

Pros:

無駄のないお部屋のつくりで、わりと機能的だったような気がします。五反田駅までも徒歩圏内ですが…夏は少し辛く感じるかもしれません。まわりに飲食店がいっぱいあるので、食事には困らないかと思います。

Cons:

清掃が行き届いていないように感じました。見えるところも所々薄っすら埃が溜まっていて、可動式の椅子の下は…少しビックリしました。しばらく使っていなかった部屋に当たってしまったのかもしれません。
また受付のスタッフの中に対応が何というか…とてもクール？な方いました。個人的には手が空いているのなら最初と最後の最低限の挨拶くらいはした方がいいと思いますが、ホテルの中には色々な接客スタイルやコンセプトがあるのだろうなと感じました。
