コストパフォーマンス良し！次回も選択肢に入る！
Pros:

シングルを予約したはずだが、オフシーズンのためか広いダブルの部屋に宿泊ができ嬉しい誤算。

シックで落ち着いた内装で居心地がよい。また清掃も行き届いており、気持ちよく滞在できた。
化粧用テーブル以外に、ビジネスホテルでは珍しい丸テーブル＆ソファーがあり、ゆったりと寛げてありがたい。
そして、特筆するのはベッドとマクラとの相性がすごく良かったこと。旅行中いつもあまりよく眠れないのですが、今回はグッスリで寝起きも気持ちよかった！

マンションをホテルに改装したような印象があって、各階の部屋までの通路がオープンエアーなのが気持ちよい。

大通りに面しているが、最寄り駅から程よく離れているので、エントランス出ても雑踏ではないので落ち着いていて良かった。防音もしっかりとしていて夜も静かに過ごせた。
スーパーや飲食店も徒歩圏内なので便利。

Cons:

シャワートイレが故障していて、シャワーが出ないのが唯一の欠点。
ランドリー設備がないので連泊には向かないかも。
欲を言えば、スーツケースを広げるためのスタンドが欲しい。

若干狭いが清潔でアメニティの備え付けも十分です
Pros:

とても清潔感があり、ベッドが大きくて良かったです。
使いやすい導線で、下足と区別できたのもいいと思いました。

バスルームの幅が狭い。体を洗っていると壁に何度も肘をぶつけてしまう。窓前に隣のベランダ。

As expected, like an old friend :)
Pros:

Stayed here few times, so easy to get to and I like the area.
Requested "non-smoking" and the room was totaly fresh :)
Not too busy like some parts of Tokyo. Lots of reasonable places to eat and shop.
Good transport links.

Cons:

Price is typical Tokyo price, so not cheap.

Lovely cosy hotel with friendly staff and great transport links.
Pros:

Super cosy room! Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful (especially since I checked in at one in the morning) and the location was excellent given how close it was to Gotanda station. Great for anyone visiting Tokyo.

Pros:

We stayed in this hotel for 12 nights. The location was pretty good, near the shops, also not as busy as some other areas, which offers a nice change after a day out in the bustling areas such as Ginza.

Cons:

We had issues with our room - the air conditioning was faulty and it took 2 nights before the hotel offered a change. Both rooms were not satisfactorily clean, there were visible dust layers on the tissue box and also in the toilet. There was also a guest toilet on the 1st floor, which was very dirty - with the bin overflowing with tissue. We had clean sheets and clean towels every 3/4 days, as per our room category booked. If not for the location and the limited availability of hotels, I would rather choose another place next time.
