Pros:

五反田駅から徒歩7分程度で駅近で立地が良かった。ホテルマンも丁寧で、客室内にないアメニティーはフロント横から各自持っていくスタイルだった。室内には大きな鏡があるので、非常にメイクがしやすかった。

とても安くて、よかったです。
Pros:

小綺麗に掃除もされていてよかった。

Cons:

強いていうなら、お風呂が狭かったのと、テレビのチャンネルが少なかった。NetflixやYouTubeなど。

Pros:

五反田の栄えている近くにあるので立地は良かったです。
アメニティも揃っている方だと思います。

Cons:

スタッフの笑顔が少なかったように感じます。
また、ガス管かなにかの故障で冷水が出ず、同じホテルの別の店舗にホテル側が往復のタクシー代を出してシャワーを浴びに行くことになりましたが、それに対しての謝罪や追加の対応が無くとても不快な気持ちになりました。追加の対応がないとしても、せめて謝罪の言葉は欲しかったです。
お部屋にもチェックインをした時から少しゴミが落ちていたり清潔感があまりなく、宿泊するのを楽しみにしていたのに悲しかったです。
