お値段を考えればまあまあかな…という感じです。
Pros:

外国人のスタッフの方が多かったのですが、みなさん頑張っていて好感が持てました。

Cons:

テーブルの突板が剥がれていたり、トイレのウォシュレットが今ひとつ調子が悪かったり、トイレの水が止まらなかったり、色々改善点があります。

安い！
Pros:

今回予定がありネットカフェで一晩過ごすか迷った中で見つけたので素泊まりだったが1泊５千円以下は即決だった。

Cons:

1階の泊った部屋は窓の景色が道路から見て1/3埋まっている状態で吸気口から外の排気ガスやたばこの匂いが入ってくることがあったが吸気口は閉められるので気にはならなかった。
外からの目隠しはあるが念のためカーテンはしたまま過ごした。
